Two sets of sliding glass doors lead onto the balcony: one from the living room, the other from the master bedroom. (Perfect for a late night wine-and-stargazing rendezvous!) Step back into the master bedroom and you find yourself in a large room, soft rugs on the cool tiled floor. Two walls contain floor-to-ceiling windows revealing the wonderful view, while a king-sized bed promises a luxurious night's rest. This room also contains a TV and his-and-her bedside tables with lamps. Cooled by a silent, breezy ceiling fan, the master bedroom is a retreat fit for a king!
The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom, making it yours and yours alone. Offering both a shower and tub option, it contains all the towel sets you will need. In fact, all of the towels and linens -- including pillows and blankets -- for all of the beds and both bathrooms at Hibiscus 303-B are provided for you, fresh and ready. And when you need to wash the vacation togs, use our full-size washer and dryer right off the bathroom at Hibiscus 303-B!
The 2nd bedroom is roomy as well, containing both a queen-sized and a twin bed, plus a TV, dresser, and plenty of closet space. Perfect for children or a second family, this room is convenient to the second full bathroom. And if you need to sleep a couple more, the living room sofa converts to a bed (with unbelievable views!).

Spacious, nicely decorated, and pleasant, it is a great place to wind down after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing in St. Augustine. Nothing major but lots of little things e.g. loose faucet handles, loose soap plates, broken overflow fitting on tub, all cabinet doors need to be adjusted and tightened (before they fall off, pots and pans greasy, sharp knives dirty and unwashed, CD player not working and a few other minor things. All of this could be taken care of in 2-3 hours.The directions to get to the location were fine however the directions to get to the specific unit were very bad -(non existent). You should definitely have the building number as well as the condo number on a small map with the key pickup. They also need to have some signage throughout the property. I fixed a few things but didn't have any tools to work with. Tip - go to radio shack and pick up an ipod cable that will plug into the aux jack on the back of the stereo. it will cost about $5 and both you and your guests will really enjoy it. I would call this ocean view, not ocean or beach front A guest from Delhi, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The condo unit itself was nice and it was clean. However, the view was a big disappointment. I did much research on the internet before I booked this property. Since this is a once a year trip for my husband and I, we decided to spend the extra money for an ocean front unit. In the internet pictures, that's exactly what it looked like. But when we were on the (ocean front) deck we were facing the trailer park next door. Lots of barking dogs, motorcycles and campers in and out all day. We wished that we had know ahead of time that this would be the case. I'm sorry to say, but that was a huge disappointment for us who traveled 1200 miles from the mountains to have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The only problem we really had was that the floor needed to be mopped and the hot tub was not all...just slightly warm. Quiet and Peaceful Spring Break A guest from Laotto, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2012 We really enjoyed our stay at this location. This is the second time that we have rented a condo versus staying at a hotel and this condo met our needs perfectly. My wife and I rented the place the week before the "big spring break" crowd arrived and it was very easy to get around and see the sites of St Augustine without too much of a hassle. The view off the balcony was terrific and the ease of access to the beach was great. We made use of the wireless access through out our stay to help us make reservations and check out possible places to see for the next day. The kitchen had good supply of utensils and enough basic pots, pans, bowls, etc. to make our meals with. We made use of the outdoor gas grills within the property on several occassions to cook some burgers for lunch or dinner. The hot tub was also a nice feature when the weather was a bit cold for swimming in the ocean. We even spied two dolphins swimming by from the deck of the condo on our last morning.Our only issue with the rental was that we had to have a code to get off the beach and back to our room. Unfortunately we did not make sure that our code worked before we exited to the beach. When we tried to get back in we discovered that we were locked out. We had to find a different way around and then get a "newer" code so that we could have access. I don't know if the rental company could leave a flyer under the door of each rental in case they have to change the code. We met another couple that had also experienced the same problem but I am not sure if they had rented from the same group or not. It was a minor issue but certainly an area to work on.Overall we had a great time and had wished we could have brought along another couple to share our experience with. The rental has a second room that seem to have plenty of space for another couple(queen bed) and a child(single). The rental also has two full bathrooms. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 The St. Augustine Beach is always beautiful, the view over the trailer park not so great but I've been a camper in the past and didn't have a problem with that. The unit itself is really dated, the bedding cheap and ill fitting and worn and the decor leaves much to be desired. The unit was fairly clean, no complaints. The dryer left black grease spots on some of my white clothes. The complex was quiet, nice pool and beach access, needs a matching coat of paint on every building. Was not the nicest complex we've stayed at but the price was right ! Had trouble getting the keys when we arrived, the process was not explained to us and we had a lot of trouble getting internet access which was critical. All in all....Ive' had better experiences. Stayed for 28 days in December, 2011 My husband and I stayed at this property for about a month in December, 2011 and it was a wonderful, relaxing break!Very conveniently located, the property is a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine. The 'Nights of Lights' for the holiday season, was truly magical. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood, with stores and good restaurants nearby. We also took full advantage of the weekly farmers' market in the amphitheater parking lot!The unit itself was relatively clean, with all necessary conveniences. It would have been nice to see a few updates though - it looked just a little old and tired! Some dusting and airing of cupboards was needed, to get rid of the musty smells, especially in the kitchen. We were initially a little worried to see an RV park as part of the view from the balcony, but since the unit is on the third floor, it didn't really take away from the views of the beach. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins the last few days of our stay!This is the first time we have rented for a long term vacation and overall, it was a good experience.
