Ocean Village Club Resort Q14 is a perfect choice for a group of six or fewer seeking lazy days by a huge pool. Q14 is on the ground floor in a building closest to the ocean and closest to the ocean front pooli. We also manage Q23, Q26 and Q34 in the same building, perfect for families traveling together.

Tropical furniture brightens every room and glass table tops add function while maintaining an open and uncluttered space. Tropical art in white frames add splashes of vibrant color along with clean sunshine colored walls. In all, the colorful affect melds both indoor and outdoor living into a Floridian beachside reality. From your open lanai/patio you can see palm trees sway gently between the pool and the beach. Plus, this has wi-fi internet right inside the condo.

Your traveling party of six adults will love the space afforded during a short or long stay to St. Augustine. The master bedroom, replete with a queen-sized bed, lots of storage and a suite bathroom, will comfortably fit one couple. The twin beds in the second bedroom give your guests their own privacy while the final two guests will be very comfortable in the living room?s cozy queen sofa bed, sharing the second full bathroom with bedroom two. All of the rooms have television sets.

The open kitchen is completely equipped for all of your cooking needs just buy the groceries of your choice. Or else dining out is convenient with a variety of restaurants nearby in downtown St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

In addition, both pools feature ample lounge chairs and the ocean front pool. The pool near the clubhouse is heated.

Great Location, Clean but needs a few updates

You can't beat the location of this condo - close to the beach! It's clean but could use a few updates and TLC. The major update needed is the beds they are uncomfortable in both rooms. The twin beds make noise when you even move slightly. The vertical blind need to be COMPLETELY replaced. The slats have been broken flipped over and about 6-8 are missing completely. In the next year or so I'm considering renting for a few months and this would be the ideal location but not until it is updated. Love Ocean village - beautiful beach, convenient to restaurants, but not in the crowds.

The condo was clean and bright. The sliding door was difficult to open. All beds need new mattresses, living room furniture wasn't very comfortable . The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped . Could have used more bath lines as we continually did laundry.

Great condo. Not stocked very well. Only one dishcloths, one washcloths and dingy towels. Water pressure is terrible and dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. Those were the only negatives. Everything else about this condo is great. You cannot beat the location. Your porch looks out over the shuffleboard, pool and large grass area where our kids played. Well stocked with sand toys!!

It was listed as an ocean frount condo and it was but you could not see or hear the ocean. The bldg was vertical to the ocean. The unit is old and everything needs updating. The master queen size mattress was awful, terrable, very unconfortable as was the twin. Please get some new mattresses and update the furniture. You sink on the couch and love seat, coffee table is warped, tv is too small. I would not stay there again

This was our third stay at Ovc, all in different units. Complex grounds were updated since we were there last. Still miss the hot tub. This unit was not ready when we arrived at 400. It was not well stocked in the kitchen. Dishes and such were slim. Lots of linens in cupboard. Couch was uncomfortable. For the money we spent to be by the ocean we would try a different unit next time.

washing machine didn;t work; spent 3 hours to get the computers and tv's up and running (with help from your maintenance people; tv in guest is unwatchable; 6 spoons and generally too few utensils for the kitchen; the coffee maker works but the spring load that allows you to remove the carafe doesn't; the vertcal blinds in the LR are missing slats and so it's hard to have privacy at night. On balance it was a 3 star

This was our 7th stay at Ocean Village Club in 12 years. Just got back home yesterday and already we are planning next year's vacation at Ocean Village Q14, this time for two weeks! Everything was perfect, except for the patio door which needs to be repaired/replaced... Property management company Vacation Rental Pros is just that, very professional. Communication was excellent with them, we will only do business with them now... Can't wait for next summer!

S.O.S.- The Ship is Going Under

To Whom it May Concern: When we arrived at Q-14 the carpet of our condo was so filthy that my toddler's feet turned black within a matter of minutes. The couch cushions were also in the same condition so we had to put sheets over them to sit on them. The cleaning crew tried to come in and rectify this. The door handle to our condo broke off within the first 2 days. Maintenance had to come twice to repair it and it was unfortunately still broke at the end of the week. My father-in-law finally bought a suction cup door handle to donate to the place. We've stayed in the Ocean Village Club at least 5 other times than this visit, with other family, and never had a condo fall so far below par. The dishes were sparse to say the least and the bathroom towel rack fell off in the shower. On the up side, the Vacation Pros team tried their best to make things right. I believe this condo just needs an overhaul and updating in order to meet its guests' needs. Please make future tenants aware of these conditions before they book Q-14. Where do I start on this one? The carpet was wet from cleaning when we got there and I had to keep my shoes on because it was wet until the next day. The internet went out two days before we left, I called and she told me to go to the clubhouse if I wanted internet, there was nothing that could be done. I did notice that unit did not have a modem which meant it may not have even had its own net service. The mattress was extremely hard and seemed to be old. We had three washclothes supplied and no more. The fire alarm beeped continuously and when I called about the internet I mentioned it, she offered to send someone out but it was two days before leaving so I told her to let the next person call about it or housekeeping could fix it after we left as I didn't want to wait around for a repairman. I would not stay at this property again. Location and pet friendly are the only things going for it.

The unit badly needs refreshing. The furniture was worn out and soiled. The carpet was filthy and coming apart at every seam. The strainer basket in the kitchen sink was in 3pieces and useless. There were no light bulbs in some lamps and others were burned out.

Amenities were horrible after we spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get a key from the rental property. Management had apparently miscommunicated with the owner (off the market, on the market). It was the perfect nightmare! Property had not been properly cleaned and was not in good shape to impress our guests. I will rent another condo next year, but I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest those who are reading this to do the same.

DIRTY AND POORLY MAINTAINED UNIT !!!!!

This unit had a foul order.Livingroom: Slidding glass door would not open without extreem force. Slidding door blinds were missing 1/4 of it's vertical blind slats. We had to hang a sheet over half the door during evening hours. Kitchen:Sink faucet handle leaked,made a squealing noise when turned on and if you lifted the handle up too far it would come completly off.Master Bath:Shower had mildew growing in the showerdoor track, had slime in the corners of the shower as well.

Book through this group for the first time, needing a 3 bdrm unit. When we arrived it was beyond filthy, old, worn out, the only good thing was the view. The manager arranged to show us several properties. We settled on one due to it being july4 week and nothing else available. it was also very worn but not as bad as the first. the did refund $600 of $1800.will not use them again. the properties that we saw were in very poor condition.

This was a nice place to stay. The pools were great, the beach area was beautiful, and the condo was quiet. The grounds were well-kept also. Location was super also, being close to the city of St. Augustine.

The condo complex is in a good spot. The condo we stayed in is in a good location (close to the pool & the boardwalk) but this particular condo needs updating (beds & furniture).

St Augustine's is a beautiful city to visit

The history of the city is wonderful, so much to see and do. Our condo was close to the ocean which was a nice feature and only a 5 min walk to the heated pool. The condo was well equipped with just about everything you need. It was tidy, however, it could use a good spring cleaning. Also all window screens need repair, the owner could save on air conditioning if you could open windows but the screen were too badly worn. Also the outside chairs should be replace.It is strange you say you have not heard from us. We contacted your office on the day we arrived. The ad for this condo said it had Wifi, and also that it had hot tub. The hot tub had been removed and we were not notified. The condo did not have wifi and when the office was contacted, they were of no help. We had to pay out approx $300.00. We booked in the Ocean Village Club in another unit that we we confirmed with you staff that has wifi for next year. Tiffany promised at the time of booking that we would hear from her the next day for some compensation for the lack of wifi and hot tub. I would suggest that both pools now be heated, as the one that we were closest to, was the one with the hot tub taken out. Heating the pool close to the ocean would be especially nice. The people in the condo were friendly, you felt safe and the grounds were very well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The room had not been cleaned well,food on the floor, blood on door frame, carpet really needed to be shampooed there were items under the beds. The property manger did have someone out quickly, however it did make us questionthe overall cleanliness of the room. For the price paid I expect the room to be spotless.

The location is wonderful. We were very disappointed in the cleaniness. We had to wash the sheets and comforter the day we got there. There was dog hair all over the sheets and condo. The carpet really needs be replaced. The first hour we were there on Saturday we noticed how black the bottom of our feet were because of the carpet.

Q14 Ocean Village Club Review

The convenience of unit Q14 can't be beat! We had our daughter who is less than a year old and for going back and forth from the pool and beach it was perfect! It's probably the closest condo to the entrance of the beach front pool although due to bushes in the pool area its a little hard to see the condo from the pool. The furniture (particularly the couches and master bed could use a little updating) but not too bad overall. Also the sliding glass door is kind of tricky to open and the ice maker in the refrigerator makes about 2 pieces a day. We would definitely go back though. I have to say we were a little disappointed as well that the hot tub in the community is no longer in operation but the pool was very nice and not your typical sandy beach pool!

St. Augustine Beach...

We were very sad to leave St. Augustine Beach, but had a very nice stay at Ocean Village Club. We waited until the last minute to book our condos, but overall was satisfied. It is noted that is has a beach view, well, not if your condo is on the first floor. And the view isn't much better from the 2nd or 3rd. :( You could not see the beach from this condo, but is a short walk. My father is elderly and walks with a cane and the walk tired him out. Our patio was a few short steps to the unheated pool. If staying before June, consider a condo closer to the heated pool if you like to swim. Kitchen was ok, but dishes need to be pulled out and cleaned. It had the basics. Washer and dryer was excellent! Carpet seemed dirty, but they had just black topped the parking lot according to property. Beds in this condo are NOT COMFORTABLE. We always bring our own pillows on vacation, but if you do not, you should at this place. Tons of toys for the beach was a bonus. Overall stay was nice but wished our view was better.

The condo had a litte wear, but was very clean and comfortable for the 4 adults and 1 pet we had there. We were not told what the access cards were for and had to learn the hard way when trying to gain acees to the beach. Our vaction was truly enjoyable here.

W had stayed at Ocean Village Club in the past--very nice complex. The unit (Q14) was not as well equipped as some of the others. The owner really needs to tend to some details--dishwasher didn't function properly & dishes had been put away with dirt still on them. Not much in the line of kitchen utensils--need some updating-rusty & somewhat unusable.The kitchen was the only area of concern. Great location & good amenities.Quiet & relaxed. Way too many dogs!!

Excellent property and location in St. Augustine Beach

Building Q is south-facing and short walk to the ocean. Nice, warm and sunny location on cool days. We have stayed at other properties along St. Augustine Beach and these condos are similar in layout. Unfortunately this unit, O14, had very stained,dirty and worn carpets. Mattresses were lumpy and the bedding was old and stained. We remade beds with newer bedding found in the closet. The mattress covers were unwashed as were the bed spreads. We washed the mattress covers. The pillows were flat, old and very yellow-stained. Could have used extra blankets, we used large bathtowels for add'l blankets. Suggest the Property Management insist owners replace the bedding/pillows and clean the carpets annually. The phone was disconnected but re-instated in four days. The price was higher by about 35% than friends paid in building O. The TV in one bedroom was not working. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. Bathroom tub was rust-stained and mat was moldy. The living-room furniture was cheery and seemed cleaner than the beds. Patio furniture was limited to one plastic chair and a wrought iron table/two chairs. This condo is for sale so perhaps the owner does not want to invest in the upkeep. This gives a bad impression for Ocean Village Club. However, we thank the Management for making all efforts to help.

Condo was not as advertised. Condo was said to have wireless internet but did not.

I was not satisfied with condo as I ask for wireless internet for my daughter for her college homework and to talk to her fiance in Iraq and was told condo had wireless as well as it was listed on amenities which was not correct. I had to find another place late that day as this was very important to me and rental did not have another condo in town with wireless but tried to get me to go to another town, Palm Coast. They offered me a $100.00 credit if my daughter would go to the clubhouse for wireless but I refused due to late night and security. Rental was not very helpful and billed my $300.00 booking fee when I could not stay. I would not rent here again.

Additionally, the lock box kiosk was very dark & creepy (no light) when we arrived & I would not have been able to open it had I not been traveling with a flashlight -- couldn't see numbers. Also I wasn't informed that the combination to drop keys upon departure was different (3-2-1 vs. 1-2-3) so my departure was delayed by 45 mins. returning to property to leave keys with cleaning woman. While on the phone with key/lock box problem, I was informed that there WAS AN ON-SITE VACATION RENTAL PROS PROPERTY MANAGER! Why wasn't I able to pick keys up and return them to that person on-site? Very unprofessional. (And I quickly tired of hearing that things were a bit confused due to the "merger" -- it became my problem!)
