Laid out galley-style, it contains all your major appliances (sparkling clean and in perfect working order, of course), plus cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets galore. You can pull up stools to the counter for a quick snack or light breakfast, plus there?s a large glass-topped dining table for when you want to gather everyone together. The dining chairs are plushly cushioned, so you?ll enjoy lingering at the table long after the meal is over.
Like the living area, the master suite has been furnished with comfort and ease in mind. A queen-size bed with new mattress awaits you here, ultra-luxurious and so comfortable you'll find yourself sleeping late morning after morning. (Ahhh? how often can you do that at home?) There's also a plump reading chair, perfect for losing yourself in that novel you've been waiting all year to read. You can watch TV from bed and even step out onto the porch again for a last look at the moonlight: Sliding doors connect directly to it from the master bedroom.

And as comfortable as our condo is, you?ll want to head out and explore. There?s so much to do! Stop by our fitness center for a workout, or play on one of our tennis courts instead. For something a bit less strenuous, we even have shuffleboard courts, and plenty of shady spots to sit and relax.

I agree with the previous reviews Rebecca B. from Saint Johns, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The master shower has been fixed & works great. The beds are Very Uncomfortable. My husband was ok sleeping on it, but I had to sleep on the couch after trying every bed in order not to wake up with a terrible back ache. The pros of this place are, it is very roomy. The grounds are nice. The Flat screen TVs are nice, but Electronics are not hooked up correctly. Could not get the dvd to play in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bathrooms toilet paper holder was very loose, it fell off, my hubby put that back on. Master bedroom sliding door is very hard to open to allow the breeze in. The washer is off balance, so during a spin cycle it is loud if load is too heavy. I would not stay in this condo again. Vacationers should not have to call Maintenance for things already not working or broken. I had to use my own laundry soap to start the ONE load you are asked to start on your check out day. Okay, but nothing special A guest from Evans, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 Condo was adequate at best....beds very uncomfortable, master shower worked part of time (maintenance was advised and came same day to check on problem...they had it working then next day quite working again...Be advised that there is a small pet registration fee you must pay at Ocean Village Office on site (salesperson did not advise at time of booking). However, the furniture in the bedrooms and the kitchen cookware is very worn out and in need of replacement. The tile in the master bath is also very old and in need of upgrade. A good place to visit and stay A guest from Walkerton, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in January, 2013 It was relaxing and people and animal friendly. Should be told about the excess code for the club house,and the fee for the pet. No problem was a very minimal fee but, was informed by one of the maint. people... The location and what the complex had to offer plenty, and very nice. I would recommend this complex to any one with a pet. Our dog got to meet alot of nice dogs, and we got to meet alot of nice people. The girls in the office are very nice and helpful. We tried to get a group together to play cards or games, and the mad sure we had two tables in the lower lever to play on. This complex is located in a nice area close enough to downtown and had some good resturants close enough to walk to.
