Accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, the balcony is so restful. Slip out here first thing in the morning and watch the sea birds wheel in to fish for their breakfast in the surf. Indoors, our open-plan living and dining area awaits. There's plenty of comfortable seating here, including a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 and a huge TV. The best thing about our living and dining area is that because it's all connected, the group can stay together even while pursuing different activities. The ocean view is stunning even from the kitchen, and you always feel as though you're just about to step outside again!

The master suite is particularly luxurious, with a king-sized bed, TV, and sliding-glass doors out to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully appointed as well, and we provide all the linens and towel sets you need for every bed and bath at Beach & Tennis 323. NEEDS UPDATING A guest from Johns Creek, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 Very happy with interior of condo. It was clean and well furnished. But patio furniture was flemsy and dirty. The table was fine, but chairs and glider pitiful! My husband couldn't even sit in the chairs. The exterior of the building was significantly past do on repairs. Landscaping inadequate. great stay A guest from Key Largo, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 There was not enough towels and amenities like garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, etc. Also the linens and towels are old and need to be replaced. Had a problem with the access key and called the managements office. Was told they would get back to me and never did. Thank goodness the on site property manager helped me with the access key. To far to the beach, virtually no view of the beach Regis T. from Hendersonville, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 The accommodations were great. We are in our 60s and felt the walk to the beach was to far and there was hardly any view of the water. We like to have a good view and close so you can see and hear the water. We would not stay here again unless we could get one of the units with a direct, closer view.
