Forget about stairs and elevators while you're here -- you can just stroll up to your front door, and slip out anytime for a quick dip in the pool, soak in the spa, or game on the court. If you're traveling with children, you'll love the convenience. And if anyone in your group has accessibility issues, the accommodations couldn't be better!
Start your days on the patio outside our living and dining area. Here you can enjoy the balmy air, salty breezes, and the sound of the surf . . . all while enjoying free WiFi for your smartphone or laptop! Cradle a cup of coffee while pelicans soar overhead on their way to the ocean, early fishermen stroll over to the nearby ponds and docks to try their luck, and another perfect Florida day breaks.
If you wake up especially early one morning, you will witness the breathtaking sunrise. And the beach is always smooth and "new" in morning, with shells half-buried at the high-tide mark. Walk down your private boardwalk onto the sands and enjoy!

At Ocean & Racquet 3107, you can make the condo as communal or as private as you like. When you're entertaining, throw open the sliding glass door, connecting your space with the pool surround outside. When it's time for privacy, just close the blinds and the world goes away!
Attached to the living room is the dining area, with a big table for 6 and a counter handy for buffet-style meals. This table is also a great place to spread out a jigsaw puzzle or a board game, crayons and paper for the kids and the Sunday papers for the grown-ups!
Whether you want to cook delicious fresh seafood, homemade feasts, or as little as possible during your vacation, you'll enjoy the kitchen at Ocean & Racquet 3107. It's fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well as all the appliances -- large and small! -- which make your time in the kitchen easier. Nice location, but outdated and not clean enough A guest from Cleveland, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The location of this rental was really good (1st floor and you can see the boardwalk from the back door). However, the furnishings, décor and kitchenware were all outdated. There was a plastic Chinese soup spoon (like one from a restaurant) for the spoon rest. Just an example... Also, the hot water would not stay hot through more than 1 shower and we had 6 people. They did come and turn up the temperature. The unit was not clean enough. The kitchen and bathroom rugs were disgusting. There were globs of hair and fuzz stuck to the edges and they had not been swept underneath. I had to wash them myself and resweeps the entire unit. I had to clean the outer rim of the toilets. I had to clean the entire kitchen sink, counters and stove, as the sponge they had used to clean it before we arrived smelled soured/like mildew, which means it was bacteria infested. Don't waste your money... This unit was cheaper than the others on the same property and now I know why. I still paid a good bit for it, b/c it was spring break weekend and I am extremely disappointed... The only fairly good one was our first impression. Not a good one sense. This is a poorly maintained, dirty,dated uncomfortable property. It is in a good location. As a management firm, some one or many people in your firm are laying down on the job. I sent an E mail to the owners about the conditions we encountered. We have been to the area 4-5 times and love it however staying here was like staying in a 3 rate hotel.We took lots of pictures of the problems. The condo was not clean, carpets were filthy and the overall appearance was very dull, needs updating! It was not suitable for more than two people as the sofa bed was in bad condition. Needs to be updated A guest from Powell, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Perfect for its location between the pool and the beach access. The first floor access is really nice. The property is really outdated and the furnishings are cheap. The beds are not very comfortable as the matresses seem to have outlived their life. The worst part is the smell. It smells like the place was dipped in garlic. We even bought plugins to try to help the smell with no success. Good thing we only stayed there to sleep and were outside the rest of the time. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 We have stayed in St. Augustine for Spring Break for over 20 years and we were pleased with the location of the unit. The unit really really needs to be cleaned. The closet doors are filled with dust. The couch is so old its extremely uncomfortable to sit on. If the owners would do a deep cleaning and just make a few updates its a great unit because of its location.
