From our light and airy condo at Quail Hollow A8-3U, beautiful Crescent Beach is just a stroll away. Of course, you might want to take a dip in the pool first! Enjoy a relaxing, old-fashioned vacation in an unspoiled area convenient to so many attractions.
Quail Hollow is a gated community with private access to the beach. Featuring such amenities as a glittering swimming pool and outdoor grills, it's the ideal setting for you to set the tempo for your vacation. Use it as a home base for adventures from MarineLand to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, or set up housekeeping like a native and balance your time between the beach and the lounge chairs! You can't go wrong here!
Painted a soft shade of seafoam and drenched in natural sunlight, our condo welcomes you to a stress-free holiday. The living room is spacious and open, with a TV, VCR, and DVD player facing the comfy sofa (which converts into a bed for 2, should you have friends drop in to share your time in paradise!) and rocker-recliner. Let the kids sprawl out on the floor with the sharks' teeth and shells they've just collected on the beach, while you sit back with a frosty drink and a contented smile. Time hasn't really slowed down: you're just having such a nice time that every minute counts!
You may want to pack a light supper and have a beach or poolside picnic, but for those times when you do stay in, our dining area is roomy and pleasant. There's a little TV here too, in case competing shows arise and the group needs to split up. But you're more likely to find yourself setting up the dominoes and launching a family game night! This is also a good place to pull out the laptop and update your Facebook status (wireless Internet is free at Quail Hollow A8-3U). How do you spell "nirvana" again?!

The master bedroom boasts a snug queen-size bed, TV, large windows, and soft carpeting. You'll want to oversleep in this quiet, calm space! The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a TV, cozy and friendly for children or friends.
There are 2 full bathrooms at Quail Hollow A8-3U, with both shower and tub options so that everyone's happy. What a change from a crowded hotel room where the family has to step all over suitcases, shoes, and one another just to get around! Here you can spread out your toiletries, put your bags out of sight, and pretend you live within skipping distance of the beach all the time!
Crescent Beach is a fantastic place, family-friendly and beautiful. Located at the southern tip of Anastasia Island, the surf here occasionally hosts dolphins, is generous with the shells and sharks' teeth it leaves on the sand with every high tide, and presents a nice challenge for the surfers and swimmers in your group. If you can, try to be on the beach one morning at sunrise. It's a spectacular sight! And it's just a few minutes' walk from Quail Hollow A8-3U.

this condo was horrible. I would not stay in it again. Valerie F. from Miamisburg, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2013 As far as St. Augustine goes, its the best. As far as the condo, it was the worst. Its dirty, the carpet is disgusting. We had to keep our shoes on all the time or our feet were black. The furniture was uncomfortable and the hot water would run out after one shower. It's outdated, you couldn't have two things running because the fuses would blow. some of the windows wouldn't open and the others that would, wouldn't shut. It wasn't equipped with everything. I was told the pools were heated and they are not. I would NEVER rent this condo again but I would go to St. Augustine again with another rental company. Sorry. We loved St . Augustine and plan to make it a permanent vacation spot. Quail Hollow unit A8-3U John Z. from Macdeonia, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The dishwasher grates were rusty, the t.v's were very outdated. The windows in the master bedroom would not lock closed. We have stayed in Quail Hollow 5 times and will not take this unit again. Thank you. stay away! William M. from sterling, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 our visit to quail hollow unit a8-3u was horrible from the start. 1st the gate code we were given was wrong,the car behind us gave us the right one. the entry was in need of a thorough cleaning, next the door key didn't work had to wait for another set of keys. finally got in the unit only to find the most filthy rugs i have ever seen. the second bedroom air conditioning vent was full of mold. the furniture must have been purchased with little people in mind as it was all low to the floor and very uncomfortable. we have stayed along the A1A strip for 15 years and this has to be the worst place we have been to. i would never recommend this unit to anyone. Quail Hollow Vacation A guest from De Pere, Wisconsin does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 The property could use a little updating. Furniture, television, etc. were all quite old. Soundproofing from condo below was far less than adequate. Alarm clock and even talking on the phone could be heard through the walls and floor. Lost a few hours of sleep with the lower unit's alarm going off every morning at 5:00 a.m. Ear plugs did help a little. I also think the keys for the unit should be located on the premises for pickup, rather than driving down the road to pick them up. In the future I would suggest that renters are told in advance to pick up the keys at the main office. We personally would not stay at this specific unit again. I was duped Carl C. from Seymour, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 If you read this and still rent from Vacation Rental Pros, you are a fool. Here?s why. The instructions to retrieve the keys were good. They were supposed to be in a lock box, in which they were. But, it?s a lock box for a reason. You might want to try locking it. Next was the gate code. I easily spent an hour on the phone trying to get a usable gate code. At one point, I was actually locked inside the property because the walk out gate doesn?t work. I called several times and got the standard line of ?let me take your name and number. I?ll walk it back to operations, and they?ll call you back?. Never got call backs. Let me tell you that this is nothing more than someone?s ratty apartment. The unit is not marked 3U, so it took a while to figure out which one it is. I will admit it was decently clean. I bought cleaning products and washed the sheets prior to use, but that?s me. Both tubs did not drain because the apparatus was broken. No one can convince me that just as I stuck the key in the door, both tubs became inoperable. And once again I had to place several calls because no one would call me back to address the problem. My daughter?s method was to hold the stopper down with one foot while showering. I chose the stand in six inches of water, and drain it when I was done method. Not sure what my 74 year old mother did. Without notice a handy man shows up the next day. He can?t fix it, but does work out a solution. Notice to handy man, My name is not ?Bubba?. Did I mention contractors working in another unit turned the water off without notice? The apartment did have plenty of dishes and any kind of pan or utensil we needed. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. In closing I?ll say that when you go down the street to the Dollar Store to get your supplies, get a can of roach spray. I won?t try to exaggerate the situation, but I know if you see one roach, there is another somewhere close. In the end I will never rent from them guys again. Dated furnishings, dirty linins and carpet, unit was farthest from the beach. But will say it was a very easy check in and out system. A little change and it's a great place to stay. Aldina R. from Braseldon, GA recommends this property.
