From the balcony you have a wide view of the grassy courtyard at this family-oriented oceanside complex, as well as the swimming pool with beach view. You'll enjoy watching the sunrise from this balcony, and eating al fresco in the long, balmy evenings. The stargazing's pretty good, too!
Enter our condo through the sliding glass door from your private balcony and red-and-white décor with a beach theme greets you. Our white wicker furniture is light and comfortable, with footstools and reclining chairs encouraging you to put your feet up and relax. Gather the whole family in the living area to watch a movie after a busy day sightseeing, and you'll appreciate the peace and tranquility of Ocean Village Club I26.
Our dining area adjoins the living room, with a table for 6 and 3 more stools pulled up to the breakfast bar. There's room for everyone in your party plus friends in this area, and the table makes a great place to play games or set up the computer. (You have complimentary wireless Internet at the Ocean Village Club House.) Better yet, push back the chairs and serve dinner buffet-style, so folks can carry it to the balcony or living room, as they prefer. Everything is informal and easy in our convenient open-plan condo.
The kitchen is a delight for a busy family on the go, with all the time-savers -- microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender -- you need to get everyone out of the door and on to the next adventure each morning. Of course, if you need to cook a real meal, you'll find everything you need in this kitchen, from pots and pans to dishes, utensils, and gadgets galore. There is even a washer and dryer stacked in one corner to tackle those dirty towels and damp swimsuits!

The bedrooms and baths were designed to pamper, and we've thrown in all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels you'll need as well. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, large TV, walk-in closet, access to the balcony, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great Location! Not So Great Unit! A guest from Waverly, IA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 Ocean Village complex is a very well-maintained property, with nice amenities and great ocean access. Unit I26, however, was not very clean. A previous reviewer mentioned the very dirty carpet. It remains very dirty! Dishes in the cupboard had to be taken out and rewashed...lipstick on cups, crumbs on plates, etc. Before settling in, the bedroom furniture tops had to be wiped off. The only cleaning supplies, besides the vaccuum, were a broom and sponge mop that should have been dumped a while back. We could have written names in the dust on the clear glass fixture over the dining room table. The bedroom linens were dingy, at best. We should have done something about the cleanliness earlier,but we were excited to be in Florida and just wanted to get on with our vacation. Until there is a thorough top to bottom cleaning, we will not recommend this unit. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 Upon arrival, I was greeted with a note indicating the owners "appology" for the condition of the carpet. The carpet was hideous. I feel the owners had ample time to get the carpet replaced. I should have been forewarned and offered a reduction in the price and or an opportunity to stay elsewhere. I was embarrassed to have family come to the condo during my stay due to the filthy carpet. I have stayed in I33 several times and NEVER encountered such conditions. And a side note, the neighbor was less than dog friendly....And, I brought my dog home with fleas. I suppose from the disgusting carpet from which we had to endure. I will NOT stay there again, and will not suggest that anyone else do so, unless the carpet has been replaced. Bring everything with you even salt. I wouldn't want to start cooking. oorly stocked. The rental office was very helpful. Never used my 10 pr cent discount. I reallu think that the places should be better vacumned for hair, and also the shower heads soaked it vinegar. they are all clogged and hardly usable. Would not go back to that unit! The place was very nice, nice furnishings, cheerie. Pretty well stocked with what you needed. Was upset to have no Wi Fi and VER Suzanne S. from Plantation, FL recommends this property. I was told there was Wi Fi and had to spend the whole week without internet access, and the major problem was I told everyone before we rented that my husband was on a scooter and could not walk or stand and the bed was extremely HIGH and he could not get onit! The twins in the other room really hurt his back! I was heart sick that he had to suffer like that. St. Augustine Beach Vacation 2011 Gina C. from St. Johns, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 The location was excellent and the property had the ability to be excellent as well. I liked the location and the layout and overall it was ok. However, the verticals on the sliding glass door couldn't be opened unless you did it by hand, the door itself was hard to operate and the paint was peeling off the wall where other guests had the same trouble and were tugging at the door. The pots and pans weren't very clean and I had to wash some before I could use. Other's I would never use, they were just too dirty. These are located under the stove in the pull out drawer. The master bedroom closet can't be used as the smell coming from that closet is unbearable. The toilets require two flushes sometimes as well. The master bedroom shower stall needs to be recaulked as well. And the carpet needs to be cleaned. I would recommend the complex, but not neccesarily this unit. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2011 Although the unit we reserved was unavailable upon check-in, we were given keys to 3 other condos to check and were able to visually and personally inspect them and choose one, which actually turned out to be better than the property originally booked. Despite their miscommunication with the owner of the condo we had booked we were very happy with the alternative and were not charged for the difference in price. Stayed for 11 days in September, 2010 We did experience problems with building works on the first Tuesday at 7:00am with very loud noise. We called the office and later that day viewed a second condo and moved in directly, we moved from J16 to I26. I am sure that the office must have been aware of these ongoing works and we should have been allocated a different condo from the outset, we had to move (albeit only a short distance) from one home to another which lost us a couple of hours time. This apart we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village Club and would certainly return.
