Newly remodeled. A light, airy and whimsical unit with plenty of floral touches, Ocean Village Club Resort Q23 is a perfect choice for a group of six with a new 42" HDTV. Featuring an elevator, Q23 is in the building closest to the ocean and closest to the ocean front pool.

A new couch and new furniture brightens every room and glass table tops add function while maintaining an open and uncluttered space. Tropical art in white frames add splashes of vibrant color along with clean, white walls gives you a cheery feeling throughout this condo. In all, the colorful effect melds both indoor and outdoor living into a Floridian beachside reality. Plus, this has wi-fi internet right inside the condo.

From your oceanside balcony you overlook both the sapphire blue pool and ocean beyond. Palm trees sway gently between the two and as the tide comes and goes, strips of golden sandy beach are yours to view.

Your traveling party of six adults will love the space afforded during a short or long stay to St. Augustine. The living room has a new 42" HDTV and AT&T U-verse service with 200+ channels.

The master bedroom, replete with a king-sized bed, new HDTV, lots of storage and a suite bathroom, will comfortably fit one couple, while twin beds in bedroom two and its own TV allow the Unit Q23 to suit groups of all makeup. Two more guests can turn in each night in the living room?s cozy queen sofa bed, sharing the second full bathroom with bedroom two.

Come morning, stop first in the kitchen - where all appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, table and cookware offer lots of breakfast options whether it?s cooking in or just sipping your morning coffee on the balcony while deciding which restaurant to go to.

You?ll love the convenience of Ocean Village?s exclusive pool, just downstairs. There are ample pool beds promising a few ZZZs or catch up on that favorite book you packed. 1. Box spring in master bedroom should be replaced or repaired. It creeks and groans with any movement. Easy repair is remove present box spring cover amd replace with 3/4 inch plywood screwed to present frame.2. Refridgerator bottom shelving/veg crispers are broken.3. Carpets in dining, living room and master bedroom area soiled and worn.4. Grout in master shower needs repair.5. Head boards in guest room need to be attached securely to bed frames.6. Washing machine does not spin dry well and causes long periods for drying clothing.

The place is outstanding if you want a place on the beach but do not care that you cannot see the ocean from your room. Had we known that we would have stayed elsewhere. In particular we wanted to be able to sit and see the ocean from the room otherwise we would have rated all 5's. Very good walking access to the beach and a ramp to drive down just outside the facility. Never been to a place so quiet.

This unit was so much better than last year's unit. It actually had plenty of towels, garbage bags, and some beach chairs. However, you wouldn't you know that I would pick the unit that had three palm trees totaling blocking the view to see the ocean. Will make sure next year to get a unit with a good view.

Place was clean. Location was awesome. Pool was nice. Unit was fairly well furnished. Everything was right for the price except one massive deal breaker: the beds. Seriously at first it was kinda funny. But by the third night no one was sleeping. Now it's just maddening that they didn't spend a few bucks and get decent bed. You can tell the owners never stay there. I am not exaggerating. I may need a chiropractor visit. My wife left early she was so miserable not being able to sleep.

Looked clean when first entered. There was a spot on the carpet edge that might have been from a previous guest pet. The refrigeriter bottom shelf was broken & attempt at a repair. Not a lot of room in closets, filled with too much extras that were not needed. 4-5 hangers are not enough although we brough some of our own.

It was next to impossible to reach Pro. No ans.machine available and had to call often to catch a person. Curtain in master bedroom so dirty when you woke up and looked up it was discusting. Shower and Tub could use some work. Bath room rugs in master were gross looking. We removed then for our stay.Some pans and cooking sheet need replacing. It is for up to 6 people. What would they sit on for comfort. There was no screen on slider till about 10 days into our stay.Lot of bugs get in during the evening, but need the air. Don't want AC on. It was well supplied with starter things, soap etc. Enough towels, sheets etc. Dishes and glasses great. As I said, it was a mixed feeling. Also we had two diff. reality people stop by ask to show the place. We felt that was not necessary during our stay.

The outside property, pool area etc. were very well maintained. Our unit however was less than we expected. The sofa was torn and broken, the toaster didn't work, the sliding door to the balcony was stuck, and we were unable to open the window in the second bedroom. A very pleasant person came out to address our problems and the sofa was replaced. We bought our own toaster because we didn't want to wait for this. The screen and windows were never fixed - someone came and took the screen door but never came back. Also, we were promised an ocean view and could not see the ocean. I would go back to Ocean Village Club, but not to that unit.

One Out Of Two Were Ok

The initial property we reserved was disgusting. The photos on your website were extremely misleading. The two condos that your company gave us because of the condition of the first property were in a great location, but condo Q-23 left a lot to be desired. The couches for one, were filthy, ripped in many spots and literally falling apart. I actually cut my leg on an exposed nail. The curtain above our heads in the master bedroom were dirty, with dust balls hanging off them. Condo Q-24 where my parents stayed was very nice. Your company did pretty well on your make-good from the first property - and giving us the additional night at a discounted rate was extremely appreciated. However, I don't think we'll be using your company for booking next year. The bottom line is, the photos of the original property we reserved constituted false advertising. We were there with a group of 1400+ people attending a religious convention that will be meeting in St. Augustine for at least the next two years and I could not, in good concience recommend your lodging in the housing survey they asked us to take.

The showers were not very clean...they were sandy. The elevator on the property was had an awful odor to it and was very dirty inside. The condo was pretty dated and could defiantly use some remodeling. The location is GREAT...just a short walk to the beach and very close to downtown St. Augustine!

Poor Communication Between Corp./ Management Companies .

If you like to be interrupted by unknown realtors with keys and their possible customers,here is the place for you.Then the call I received after we were back home for days, suggesting and ( very close to calling me an liar on the phone)asking why were we still there past our departure date.Well?Forgive and Forget the problems, we still loved the place.When we left we had reservations for this year (2012) that was set up by the same company who we had always worked with, and was showing in the computer as reserved. Then received a call about 8 weeks before going there (Paridise) again, and the rug was just ripped out from beneath us -(almost a year later), and they cancelled it.And it did not seemed to matter that we had all the same normal arrangements with the same company we used in years past.Was told we would receive a return call from the VP,as of yet nothing.We had to scramble and book somewhere else now with good reason.We will miss all the friend we had made while there.Sadly this was also to be my graduating dughter's last year that she could go with us.Her heart was crushed when we had to tell her that she would not spend time with the friends she had made and met there in the past years.I guess we were just a number to them and our past years?

Furniture and beds were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom supplies (six unmatched wash cloths) is unacceptable. Refrigerator was broken. Dryer filter whard large hole.Prefer building where you can pull car up to building for loading and unloading.Very impressed with management company's response time and helpfulness.

The Property seemed to be in need of general upkeep and maintance. The management company was very difficult to get in contact with. It took repeted calls to get an answer to questions and even then they were not very helpful. The pool was very hot and not really upkept. The comunity aera around the pool was nice and we used for group get togethers. A light at the end of the boardwalk would be nice to be able to find the property at night.

Stayed for 8 days in June, 2010
exercise room was not open when the times posted stated and it was very small. We thought we were going to have an ocean front view so that was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a very positive experience and we enjoyed our time there. We would definately recommend you for reservations.
