Its quaint pedestrian lanes, inviting shops, amphitheater, and fountains contribute to a certain quality of life found only in The Village. Within The Village, guests will find an array of activities, from a quiet stroll down one of the cobblestone lanes, to a friendly afternoon gathering around the pool or beach only a short drive away. Children of all ages will find the interactive fountain an absolute delight. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. A 6 percent reservation fee will be charged at the time of check-in. This fee is based on the total cost of the reservation. There is a non refundable USD 45.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee due at check-in. Please note the following fees due at check-in- Cleaning fee- Studio- USD 62.44, 3 bedroom- USD 133.80 Registration fee- USD 11.15 Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 45.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out.
