ABOUT THE CONDO

The second-floor living room is wrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. Kick back on a large sectional sofa (which converts to a bed) in front of the 40? flat screen TV. Mix your favorite drink at the wet bar.

A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped to appease any chef, with ample counter space for prepping meals and beach snacks.

The dining area seats six around a large wooden table, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the sun on the wraparound balcony and enjoy the sea breezes. An outdoor dining set with seating for four encourages al fresco meals.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, and a 32? TV. Step through the sliding glass door and take in the gulf views from the private balcony. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second and third bedrooms both have full-size beds and 32? TVs. Both rooms have access to the spacious outdoor patio with panoramic views and lounge seating. The shared bathroom has shower/tub combo.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one parking space in the outside parking lot.

Disappointing Condo.

Stayed for 4 days in July, 2018
There were several issues with this condo, but some positives. First, when we arrived all bedrooms are downstairs at the main entry. Second, the temperature upstairs, at noon, was 83 degrees. As long as no one was upstairs it stayed cool. The downstairs bedrooms cooled the entire time.Third, NO air conditioning repair showed up during our entire stay, Cause #. Fourth, the walk to the beach included a trek through Sunchase Beachfront condo units! Although we had paid and maintained access, we couldn't stay at Unit 715, north tower. We rented another condo through SPI Rentals, and were pleased with the result. FYI, all condos at Sunchase IV are 2 stories.

Wonderful Place to stay

Stayed for 4 days in June, 2018
We had two adults and four children. The views are awesome. Short walk to beach. Home needs new couch and outside balcony furniture (however it was HOT and we did not use any of the four outside balcony's.) The ceiling in the hall bathroom had a pipe with water that dripped into the sink that needed repaired.
