This is a beautiful condo located in South Mission Beach with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can reserve this home online right now!! This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum Sat to Sat for summer season and also over the Holidays.We do make exceptions to the Sat to Sat rule at times typically in early June or late August. You can check with us! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. It has it all. An open kitchen with a cozy dining room that also opens into a spacious living area and patio with gas grill. It is about 1600 sq feet and is set to accommodate only up to 6 guests. Also downstairs unit is available on our site as Sandy's Beach house under 2 bed 1 ba. Call for our Double duplex discount if you have multiple families or a larger group the downstairs will accommodate an additional 6 guests!
Beautifully decorated with leather furniture, large TV and plenty of room to spread out!! This home comes with 2 parking spots, bikes and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked and open into the rest of the home. It is perfect for entertaining. Dishwasher and all you will need to prepare your meals!!
The master bedroom has a 2nd TV, private bath, queen bed and nice natural light from the skylights. The 2nd bedroom has an additional queen bed. This home is located on the 2nd and 3rd level of a 2 unit building. There is no shared or common area with the lower home. It has a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and bath on the third level and 2 more decks!! The deck off the bathroom boasts views of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay!!
The third level deck has views all around!! It is very private and located off of the upstairs bedroom. This home is about 60 steps back from the oceanfront. It is about a 3 minute walk over to the bay!! This home is available year-round but will only allow up to 6 guests.

My family of 8 had a wonderful time staying here over Labor Day Weekend. We liked that it's spacious, and It had everything that we needed.. including boogie boards and bikes! The kids loved staying in the loft, and we all loved the outdoor decks complete with dinning table and grill. Location was great. It was a VERY short walk to the beach, and South Mission Beach is less hectic than North Mission Beach. I would highly recommend this house. It really helped to have the 2 full baths, and one half bath. The parking was adequate,but accidentally backed up into a post trying to maneuver our way out one day and damaged the back end of car. That is just a hazzard of the parking situation at the beach. Last year we stayed on the bay side and it was definitely quieter. We were woken several nights after 2pm with people leaving the bar across the street hanging around the area continuing to party. The people on the lower floor used the garage door (electronic opener) to enter and exit insted of using the front door, at all hours of the night/day and was quite noisy and woke us on a couple of occassions. These are not negative comments about the facility, understanding that we were on the "party side of the street". Just feedback for your information. Overall, we had a great time with our family and actually had pretty good weather. We want to come back next year, but perhaps move back to the bay side. Thank you! Very roomy accommodations. 2 patios with gas bbq. Had to use cable for internet, not wireless when I tried to use it. However the main thing was that I had the Internet at my fingertips. 2 convenience stores about 1/4 block away. Would have liked to use fireplace which was advertised as an amenity, but found out it is not in use at all. Less than a block from the beach. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again. I definitely recommend this place. Strangers rummage through trash cans every morning at 6am. These two problems couldn't be helped by the owner or manager.From the edge of the deck, one could only see a narrow slice of ocean. Outside windows were dirty, sheets were stained with mold, but otherwise clean inside and quality of inside furniture was great.Cupboards empty of even a little oil, sugar, etc, so that we couldn't really cook there. No beach towels! Management was helpful and brought the 2nd of the 2 beach chairs advertised as being there. Ice maker never worked, so had to buy ice.
