Good but problematic

The staff at Lake Tahoe Accomodations was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The home was very good and spacious with a good location but the heater did not work in 3 of the rooms. I normally wouldn't mind but my sister was pregnant and my cousin and girlfriend had to sleep in a bunkbed together to keep warm. The maintenance person came out and did not fix this on first visit which was our second night and we didn't have heat until the third night for 3 of the bedrooms. I mentioned this when returning my key but didn't hear anything else about it.
