The entire home is surrounded by 3 acres of forest/conservancy land so you will have complete privacy. Natalie B from Dyersburg, Tennessee, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2009 This Home was unbelievable - great central location in Tahoe..very clean, & the most modern/recently built home that we saw in the entire area. You do need to rent a car [even though the home is only 1 mile from Heavenly Ski Resort]. Do not rely on taxis or the shuttle. There were 9 of us that stayed in this Home for 5 nights...I can't imagine having more people stay comfortably [even though there was a bunk bedroom with 4 beds]. Lake Tahoe Accomodations website is slightly misleading with their amount of people a property can fit comfortably & their cleaning/rental fee is outrageously high! Lake Tahoe Accomodations made us come to their rental office to pick up & drop off the home keys...they made it challenging because we didn't have a rental car; and our incoming & outgoing flights were very early and very late. For as much money as we spent on our house rental I expected Lake Tahoe Accomodations to be a little more flexible & work to help us a little better!		Overall Satisfacation
