Delightful location 'step'-mother of the bride! from Wallingford ,CT, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2009 The property is located in Tahoe Keys, a development that provides access to the lake for boaters - any house there is a charm. Our daughter was getting married at nearby Camp Richardson so we rented the house to accommodate 5 of us and we were glad we did! Great location - water/canal view from the back deck. Empty lot next door so you can use the space if you want. Two of the bedrooms that were 'loft' overlooked the living room so it can be a bit noisy in the morning as others get up first, and you just have a folding 'wall' to keep out the noise. We used one as the Master bedroom (so chosen because it had the king bed)but it was small and had not one closet or hook to hang anything - but the other rooms had lots of closet space. Bathroom on the second floor served three guest rooms (two of the three had two single beds each)- so that can be a bit crowded and no real counter space for 'stuff'. Queen bedroom is the only bedroom on first floor (probably a better choice as a master - but we had a senior in there, had lots of space plus a bathroom, and was just off the kitchen.Loved the kitchen - large and had a breakfast bar set up overlooking the livingroom. LT Accommodations was open 24 hours a day so they were very convenient for picking up and dropping off the keys, and very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. Weather in Sept was in the high 80's during the day and the low 40's at night. One week later they had a foot of snow. Lucky us.		Overall Satisfacation
