It sleeps eight guests comfortably and is located three blocks from the California base of Heavenly Valley, a Vail ski resort with an exquisite view of the world's bluest lake. The chalet is only two minutes' drive from the slopes and three minutes from Heavenly Village where you can choose from a myriad of restaurants, shops and casinos as well as a cinema, skating rink and spas for apres ski. The clubhouse next door offers a hot tub and sauna to relax those aching muscles after snowboarding or skiing from California to Nevada and back. In the summer, there is golfing (mini for the kids), boating, hiking, water skiing, parasailing, horseback riding, and fishing. Cascade and Eagle Falls are easy hikes with gorgeous views and doable with children. In the winter, skiing, boarding, sledding and snowmobiling are always guaranteed fun. Kirkwood and Sierra-at-Tahoe are other wonderful ski resorts within easy driving distance. Please note: This home does require a 3 night minimum throughout the winter. Winter Wonder Land Vacation Happy Skier from Roseville, California, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 The Tahoe Accommodation staff is efficient, friendly and thorough enssuring a confortabel and pleasant stay. The home has been nicely renoveted and is purfect for our needs. We have vacationed at Lake Tahoe for the last 25 years, the last 10 years using Lake Tahoe Accommodations. This is the highlight of our year. The proximity to skiing, shopping and restaurants could not be more convenient.		Overall Satisfacation
No problems with Lake Tahoe Accommodations BUT!! Tahoe lovers from Santa Clarita, California, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2009 We have rented this house many times-more than 10-because it is the right size and is close to the pool with an easy path for kids and the older people. The arrangement is great for visiting. It has a large table next to the kitchen and a large living room and fire pit. BUT!! The house is in need of repair. Lights don't work. Upstairs bath leaks down into the main floor bathdroom. The outside back deck has nails popping up, the railing is shaky at both the front and back stairs. I really don't need to go on as you have all the problems already in you records as we have had workmen at the house every time we rent it. Another fun thing about the house are the three uncovered trash cans. They attract the bears every night. We have some beautiful bear pictures which we take from the large front window. Why do we rent it year after year? For the reasons at the top of the page and our friends know where to find us.		Overall Satisfacation
