On the ground floor there is combined living room & kitchen, bedroom with separate beds for two, sauna (electric heating), whirlpool bath and two toilets. Upstairs there is two bedrooms both with twin beds, the other with sofa bed also. Two bedrooms, other with separate beds for two, other with double bed and separate beds for two, lounge with sofa-bed, toilet and balcony as well as low loft area. Suitable for disabled persons.
Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokatti ski slope 140 m, cross country track 100 m. Small lake 1,5 km. Final cleaning included. Linen booked in advance 15 €/person. No pets allowed. Internet-connection (cable and wireless, speed 39 Mb).

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at noon on departure day, also on a weekend stay.
