This holidayhouse located in Vuokatti by the pond Särkinen, own boat. House was built in 1982, renovated in 2009. Floor area 136 m². Kitchen, living room with sofabed for 2 persons, three bedrooms, two with twin beds, and one with twin bed and one bunkbed for two (the beds get also separated if needed) Sauna (wood heating), washroom and 2 toilets. Household room with indoor ski waxing place. Own boat and beach, two terraces and barbeque (gas). Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 5 km. Vuokatti slopes 3,5 km, beach 20 m, skitrails goes on ice (50 m). Price inc. final cleaning, linen booked in advance 20.09 €/person. NOTE: 35 eur extra fee for linen, if linen is ordered under 3 days before arrival. No pets allowed. Three park places with blugs for cars.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
