This wood/stone holiday cottage in Vuokatti was completed in 1999. Total floor area 104 m², of which warm area 80 m². On the ground floor there is combined living room & kitchen with sofa bed, small bedroom with one bed and bedroom with bunkbed. Downstairs there is one bedroom (no windows) with doublebed, fireroom with sofa bed. Sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet.
Internet (speed 1 Mb). Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km, Vuokatti ski slope 1,5 km, cross country track 50 m. Beach 100 m. Final cleaning included. Linen booked in advance 15 €/person. No pets allowed. Note. Apartmet is not new anymore.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
