Combined living room & kitchen, two bedrooms, the other with twin bed, the other with two bunk beds either for two adults or four children. Loft with separate beds for two. Sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet. For a baby: high chair, bed and a pot. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km, Vuokatti ski slope 1,5 km, cross country track 100 m. Beach 0,2 km. Final cleaning fee is obligatory.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed.
