Kitchen with sofa-bed for one person, one bedroom with double bed (separate beds may be necessary). Loft with two twin beds + an extra thick mattress. Sauna (electric heating), bathroom + toilet. Terrace, garden furniture, electric grill (available in summer). Lapsivarusteluna potty and a child gate at the top of the stairs. A second TV is located in the loft. Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Small lake 2 km. NOTE: Price does not include cleaning and linen, you will get these ordered at extra cost. No pets allowed (there have been pets earlier in the apartment).

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
