Villa Anacleta is a charming two-story villa located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Anacleta you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea. Villa Anacleta is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the heart of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach Villa Anacleta from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Anacleta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), free of charge in a private parking lot.
Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the terrace you will have an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. The garden is equipped with wickerwork sofas and armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, four deck chairs and an hammock.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with original hand-made majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The room has two double-glazed large panoramic windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden with a view of the garden. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
