Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Brunssum, in a quiet position, directly by the woods edge, directly by the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds, lawn sunning area. Children's playground. In the complex: reception, bike rental. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakers 1.5 km, railway station "Heerlen" 7 km, bathing lake 100 m.
