The house is an excellent starting point for a variety of summer and winter sports including skiing, hiking and mountain-biking. The house is located in the well-known family ski resort of Hochrindl. You can relax in the well-maintained garden with a glass of wine and enjoy the views of the valley. The well-known ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim is approx. 30 km away. The Woerthersee lake can easily be reached by car (approx. 40 km).

Resort in Summer: Hike on green peaks and enjoy fantastic views of mountain lakes glittering in the sunshine. If you want to take a break from hiking, refresh yourself in the numerous Carinthian lakes. The well-known Lake Ossiach, Lake W÷rthersee or Lake Goggausee with crystal-clear water and temperatures of up to 27 ¦C can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Swimming pool.
