With fabulous views of the golf course and the mountains, you are able to relax and enjoy the view no matter what season you are here. Step into luxury when you enter this home with a 72" flat screen TV with Direct TV, a pool table, card table and private indoor 12 person hot tub. Featuring 5 fireplaces, a wet bar, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet, you have all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with dual ovens and the dining room table seats 8. The balcony overlooks the Raven Golf Course and has a built in BBQ with a table and chairs. The two upstairs bedrooms have king beds and both have fireplaces. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks, the 5th bedroom has 2 queens and there is a pull out sofa sleeper downstairs. Off the downstairs living room there is a porch with a sandbox and table and chairs. This home has a 2 car garage and a heated driveway making winter no problem at all.

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 This home is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want in a Colorado home.Gave it four stars on the general condition because one of the double ovens is broken, and we could not use when we had 37 family members at our house for dinner. The wireless internet kept going down, we needed to call twice to have it reset. Also, the dryer did not dry your clothes in one cycle. The cycle seemed to be cut short, and in order to have dry clothes you needed to dry it at least three times. These were inconveniences that were very frustrating during our stay. We felt like for the type of home we were renting, these appliances and internet issues should have been an upkeep the owner should have taken care of for renters.Otherwise, this is a gorgeous home in a beautiful setting that I would highly recommend! Three king beds were perfect for our large group. We stayed during one of the hottest periods of the summer, and our only complaint was that it has no AC, and only one ceiling fan (which took us a few hours to figure out how to turn on!). There were other sources of heat (heated floor, gas fireplace pilots, one of the double ovens stuck on "clean") that we could not turn off. When the nights cooled off, we had a wonderful time. Three ideas that could have made it a better visit: (1)Instructions for using the oven and the big television should have been on hand. (2) Outdated food in refrigerator and pantry should have been disposed of before we arrived--we brought our own. (3) Musty, mildew odor from hot tub needs to be dealt with...The house is beautiful, a great hangout! The little kids loved the sandbox...the furniture is very nice.,,and thanks so much for the high chair. The baby bed would have been great had it been in the room with the two queen beds.
