Great location, right by the clubhouse. Swimming pool and tennis courts are a bonus. Tremendous views. Minor issues with the stove. Broken knobs and outdated. Wlldernest Timber Ridge #423 A guest from Austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 The bedding (mattresses) needs to be updated. The beds did not have head boards. The cushions on the chairs on the front deck were completely shot and the chairs on the back porch were in terrible shape.Loved the location of the condo to the Rec Center and indoor pool which was a big bonus for the kids. Our condo met all of our expectations. We had a reunion here 10 years ago and it was nice to see that the area has been so well maintained over the years. While showing a little wear and tear we found the unit spotless, beds comfortable and view spectacular. We will be back! Needs to updated, espcially the boiler system - had cold showers Cynthia S. from Denver, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 overall the unit was okay - but some of the cookware needs to be replaced as handles are broken. Also, the boiler broke down during our stay - too many cold showers and management did not offer a discount for our troubles. Also, the alarm system and spraying the parking lot during our stay did not help at all. Mixed feelings on this situation. I still like the Timberridge Condos, but too many things (adverse) went wrong at this stay! The sliding screens on both doors need fixed they don't work, the oven cooks too hot and the refrigerator freezes your drinks and food. Screens needed repair and window in the loft. Upon arrival the door to the deck was damaged and no screen on the door. The win A guest from Nashua, NH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 uncomfortably warm. This should have been taken care of upon our arrival. However, the unit location across from the Community House was great; and the view was great. Everything else was very comfortable. The owners need to keep abreast of any damages incurred and respond before the next rentals arrive. Uncomfortable sleep sofas.
