The condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband thought the hot tub was heavenly! :o) We would definitely stay here again. The only problem we experienced was being unable to access the wifi. The internet password given to us was a 6 character password, but when we tried to access it we kept getting a message saying it required 8 characters. It was very dissappointing as this was one of the reasons we selected this location. Other than that we loved the unit!!! I won't be returning. A guest from Windsor, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2012 1. The guests upon arrival found that there wasn't a coffee maker in the unit. After driving back down to the management company to report this they had one delivered later in the afternoon, without filters.2. The TV didn't work. The guests needed to call the cable company to troubleshoot. The cable company said that the signal was good coming into the cable unit. Later in the day the management company had a young man come by and attempt to fix the situation but couldn't so he had to remove the "splitters" and plug the cable directly into the cable box. This resolved the situation in the living room but the solution resulted in no TV in the bedrooms.3. The internet connection wouldn't work and no code was provided at check-in. The guests needed to drive once again down to the management company and were given a six digit code. Drove back to the condo and found that an eight digit code was required for internet connection. Drove back to the management company and they insisted that the key was a six digit number. Obviously it wasn't since the six digit key wouldn't allow for connectivity to the internet.4. Venetian blind handle broken for window in the living room so couldn't allow sunlight into the living room from that window. 5. Hot tub water when the jets were running appeared to create a foamy/milky color. The guests felt this was potentially unsafe and didn't use the hot tub.
