Just what we needed A guest from LaFayette, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 We needed an inexpensive spot to crash during the hockey tournament. We were a bit loud at times but the atmosphere was laid back. |

Needs a facelift Reviewed by: A guest does not recommend this property. Stayed for 38 days in January, 2013 Carpet had nasty stains and the sofa cushions are showing their age. Vac sweeper did not work. Kitchen table and chairs took too much room. On the other hand, the bed was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. |

The Condo That Time Forgot A guest from Parker, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 Nice condo, but really needs to be updated.Furniture and appliances were old and in poor condition. There was vomit on the love seat- so smelly that we could not sit there. Entire condo had a nasty didn't work right in bedroom. No linens or blankets provided for fold out couch. Mattress on foldout was terrible. |

Not Kid friendly! A guest from Highlands Ranch, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2012 There were very unhappy guests that made our stay unpleasant. We had kids, we had 8 kids there and kids will be kids, they were never out of control and always had adult supervision but for some reason other adults thought they had a right to scold our children. Very rude, we were also on vactaion! |
