It is approx 1000 sq. ft and has a large living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, free wi-fi in unit! It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. 3 tvs, dvd. The villa is steps from the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where the sunsets are magnificant. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance.
