Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach- This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is appox. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit, central air/heat, covered parking, screened lanai. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. There is NO phone service in the unit. New windows and carpet in 2012! The unit is steps to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shufflboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets! There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/ Disney are a short driving distance. Come spend your holiday at Island House and make your vacation a most memorable one!!
