It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, central ac/heat, covered parking. There is also free wi-fi in the unit. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa.3 flat screen tvs, blue ray player. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a scenic beach front courtyard. The villa is just steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are fantastic. The complex has a large heated swimming pool as well as a gameroom. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, parasailing, tennis, galleries, boating in the area.. Busch Gardens, Disney are a short driving distance.
