This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This condo is 1300 sq. ft. and is on the 3rd floor.It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper. It has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), lanai. It has tile floors, granite counters and is very well maintained. It has 3 tvs, dvd and free Wi-Fi in the unit! This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There is also a large heated swimming pool. The unit has central heat and a/c. There are many shops, restaurants and things to do in the area. Busch gardens/Adventure Island is one hour away and Disney/Epcot is 2 1/2 hours away.
