Island House has a large heated swimming pool with sun deck, a recreation room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard court. This unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and features upscale decor with and eye toward total comfort. This 1300 square feet apartment is on the second floor, just yards from the beach. A brand new kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets with wine racks, conventional and microwave ovens, Cuisinart food processor, dishwasher, disposal, blenders and other appliances: cookware, wine glasses & service for sixteen; and all the utensils you could ever want at your own home. Free Laundry facilities are right off the kitchen. The dining room and living room are furnished to relax or entertain, with two recliners, cable tv, dvd, vcr, stereo, books, games, movies. A wall of sliding glass doors open the living room to the spacious screened lanai, with it's sliding glass windows. Overlooking the famous Crescent Beach and Gulf of Mexico, there are panoramic views of the beach during the day and beautiful sunsets at dusk. Free WI-Fi in unit! Covered Parking.
