The master suite in Heavenly Hideaway has a jetted jacuzzi for your relaxation, while the fireplace is open seasonally for your convenience as well. Enjoy your own Heavenly Hideaway with this 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe log cabin. Take in the gorgeous view from your hot tub or one of the wooden rockers on the private deck. This cabin features 1 king bed, 1 queen, pool table, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa/airmattress, 3 TVs, grill and fully equipped kitchen. You will love this mountain home in Wears Valley/Pigeon Forge. Price includes 4 persons. Each additional persons is $12.50 each night. No smoking allowed in this cabin. Cabin is decorated for Winterfest/Christmas. We were expecting something different like the view and cabin wasent very clean there was a lot of dog hair in the living room and kitchen we didn't say anything then because all we wanted was to have a good time also when we were sitting in the furniture it made us very itchy we don't know do what but I'm just being honest, but as I say we didn't wanted to bother y'all with things like that .

We had problems from the moment we got there. I had to cut the bushes that were growing through the steps that led up to the cabin. When i turned on the shower in the upstairs bedroom the shower head started spraying everywhere. After that i went downstairs and there was water dripping down from the floor upstairs to the kitchen. We spent the first 2 hours cleaning because the place was kinda gross. The front door handle is barely attached and practically just hanging on. Spent the week wishing i would have brought a toolbox. The hot tub never did work. Plus it was placed in the only place on the huge wrap around deck without a cover overhead. Also it was underneath a part of the gutter that was unattached from the house and everything from the roof wAs practically falling in to the hot tub and it was very dirty. Not that it mattered because it didnt work right anyway. The jets would not turn on and stay on. The refrigerator was also a problem. It never did get very cold in the three days we were there so we basically lived out of our cooler. The freezer worked so good it froze our bottle of tequila? I Don't understand that one but this is a true story!! Ive stayed with aunt bugs before with no problems but this was a horrible experience. Yea i guess we could have called and told maintenance and all that but we came up to the mountains for our honeymoon and didnt really want to be bothered by somebody working around the house, so we made the best of it. I feel that alot of this stuff is normal maintenance and should have been taken care of before we arrived.

Check in process is a lil slow and even if you are out of state and you get there early ,you ll get an attitude and maybe be able to check in around 1;30 which is kinda understandable if they dont give you attitude why are you there so early wever overal it was a nice getaway but spider webs and dead bugs all over this cabin ,the furniture is nice and the view is awesome ...i ll come back in the future and would recommend it to anyone wants a nice get away>

Overall the stay was alright! Wished I would have known ahead of time that there was not a lower level entrance to the cabin instead there were 23 steps to carry luggage and food to get into the cabin. There were a lot of cobwebs, dust and hair accessories from previous guests throughout the cabin. The view from inside the cabin would have been perfect had the nice big windows been cleaned. The pool table and accessories need a new overhaul. The hot tub was not clean. I would not recommend this cabin unless the cleaning crew was definitely changed!

Heavenly Hideaway is in a great location. It is very quiet and has beautiful views. This was my second time staying at this cabin. I wish Aunt Bugs would give the pass code by phone so you don't have to go to their office to get it, it is out of the way going to the cabin.

Although we had trouble from the starting actually getting into the cabin, we got it all figured out and enjoyed our stay here. There were a few maintenance issues that we let the property management company know about and the only cleanliness issue is that there were some cobwebs throughout the cabin, in and out. Overall, we loved our stay and were also glad we could bring our fur baby along! Thanks for a memorable weekend getaway!

Horrible stay with Aunt Bugs. We will definitely book with another rental agency next year. Cabin was filthy with even mice droppings in the cooking pans and there was a bathroom leak going downstairs, dirty windows, and several other areas of concern. I called Aunt Bugs to discuss and was told someone would come to clean the cabin that day. Well no one ever showed up and not even a follow up call. Lots of rental agencies to choose from in that area. I would suggest better cleaning services and customer service.

Disappointing Fall Escape

The location was just what we wanted but were very disappointed in property. First of all we were excited to settle in for our first evening by the fire--but the fireplace did not work. They did come the next day. I also got all ready for a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi but the trickle of water coming out would have taken 2 or more hours so I settled for downstairs tub but lo, the stopper did not work. Then our friends came for the second night and we found leak in kitchen from upstairs. Repairman can and said it was upstairs shower. We used it thinking it was repaired but the leak came again. We reported all on checkout and said we felt we should have some type of compensation. The young man was very nice and said he would have mgt call but we never received a call. I would never recommend this property or use this rental agency. In the above, 3 stars came up on general condition and somehow 3stars came up and I could not erase. I actually would give it 1. It was pretty run down. The advertised well-stocked kitchen had 1 skillet with the handle coming off, a tiny pot and a couple of very old baking sheets. Plenty of dishes (not sure why with such limited cooking utensils) but some were cracked.

I spent hours online looking for a cabin to rent that had a view of the mountains. When we got to Aunt Bugs, we were switched cabins because the hot tub in our cabin was broke. We were told we were being switched to a better cabin. Not so. When we got there, we had no view of the mountains, just trees and telephone poles, and no indoor Jacuzzi like our other cabin. Called and got switched back to the cabin we originally wanted but they couldn't give us a break on the rate with the hot tub being broken since they offered us a different cabin. We wanted a mountain view, so we took the cabin with the hot tub being broken, told it would be fixed the next morning. It was two days before it was fixed. All of the outdoor lights to the many stairs to this cabin were out so coming home after dark was a treat. The gas grill was disgustingly dirty. The indoor Jacuzzi wasn't used due to having black hairs in it. All in all, nothing terrible but after a 9 hour drive, we sure didn't need to be switching cabins and not getting what we had taken so much time in planning. The cabin is nice, great view, but you don't change someone's reservation last minute without offering a break. Lots of extra time and driving for our short stay. Management was nice but......

The location of the property was great but the pictures posted were very misleading. The outside area was overgrown with trees and has been taken over by mother nature! There was cobwebs and spiders all over the outside so much so that you had to clear the webs to get in. The inside of the cabin was EXTREMELY dirty!! The dust on the furniture and floor was nasty and thick. It was overrun with cobwebs and spiders on the inside also! The sheets were extremely dusty and I was bitten by something in the bed and awoke to bites all over my body! Do no plan on staying here again.

air conditioner would not stay on..ceiling fan upstairs quit..called maint did not fix..outside security lights were burnt out..maint did not fix luckily we had flashlights at night when we returned from town..cabin was NOT CLEANED when we arrived even though we had to wait 2 hrs to get in because "it was being cleaned" Property manager acted like it was OUR responsibility to fix problems.NOT WHAT I GO ON VAC. FOR.When told about air & fan he said "you could open the windows" HE not even aware THERE WERE NO SCREENS.

The cabin doesn't look as though it had been dusted in quite a while. Cobwebs in the ceilings and many of the windows were covered with cobwebs. We arrived to Christmas decorations in the kitchen (it's August), which tells me that they don't look at the details. Finally, there is only one set of towels and only one garbage bag, no extras.

The cabin could have been very nice but the following things dampened that view:Cabin was dusty, lots of cobwebs, cushion on couch had long slit where it had pulled apart,bar chair cushion was torn, deck cushions were coming unsewn and were old and univiting, second bedroom carpet badly stained, only two burners on stove worked, dryer handle had fallen off and laying on top of dryer, drain in main floor bath had to be plunged, found dead scorpian on kitchen floor, and boring bees made it almost impossible to sit on upper deck. A little TLC would have made all the difference. There seemed to be so many rules and penalties that you almost couldn't enjoy yourself because you were afaid you would break "a rule." I will say the bathrooms and linens were clean.

They gave us the wrong code to enter and it too 4 calls to resolve and the cabin was extremely dirty !!!! The floors were aweful. No gas in the grill.

The mountains are beautiful. I would recommend anyone to visit the great smoky mountains. There are lots of adventures for the whole family. The cabins are nice but the view that was on aunt bugs website needs to be updated the pics on the website showed beautiful mountain scenery from the cabins deck. Those views are obstructed from an overgrowth of tree limbs now and you can't see anything. I was very disappointed with this because the views are why I chose that cabin. Aunt bugs update your photos. Families are spending there hard earned money for these family vacations.

There were too many bees to be able to enjoy sitting on decks. Thought the place was fairly clean but you could see a lot dust and dirt under furniture. The reason I would not recommend it is because of all the steps.

Overall the stay was nice. The location of the cabin is great. I liked the quiet area and the distance from all the hoopla of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. When we arrived there was a bag of what appeared to be dirty bedding on the floor next to the couch. The pool sticks need replacing and the rack that holds the pool sticks on the wall needs replacing. The hot tub seemed old and a bit dirty so we didn't use it (very unfortunate). I would recommend this cabin to a friend but I would be sure to temper their expectations that it isn't the best available.

We truly enjoyed the cabin and most of all it's location. It allowed us to have great family time just hanging out and enjoying the views. We had a few mishaps, like missing sheets for a bed and the master bath tub leaking into the lower bathroom unit. However, we would definitely recommend and/or come again! Thanks.
