Welcome home to the Loft Style Penthouse at Belltown Court! This fun and fabulous two story condo is the ideal place to stay to experience the best in downtown Seattle. Our two bedroom Penthouse will accommodate up to six people with two twin beds in the first floor Bedroom, a queen size bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the Living Room. The first bedroom has direct access to the main Bathroom which features a great glass shower and updated finishes.
The Kitchen and Living Room are also on the first floor and each are very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as home. A large flat screen television with expanded cable and dvd player await you in the comfortable Living Room where you can relax after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee! All the kitchenware you need is provided in this updated kitchen, including your first morning supply of coffee.
Step upstairs to the large Master Suite with access to the top floor balcony. A wall of glass with two sliding doors open to the large private balcony with outdoor seating and incredible city views! The Suite also features an office work space, enormous closet space, enclosed bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a large vanity area.
Directly across the hall from this condo is a public deck area with two gas grills, outdoor deck tables and lounge chairs. All utilities are provided including cable, local telephone service and wireless internet access! Parking available.

The view of the Space Needle was great! The location couldn't have been better....we enjoyed walking to most destinations in Seattle. (We highly recommend Chihuly Garden and Glass near the Space Needle!) It was great having restaurants located on the ground floor of the building...you didn't have to leave the building to get to the restaurants which was nice in the cold weather! Erika and the property management company were very quick to respond to emails and were very easy to deal with. They responded very quickly to an unknown fire drill in the building. Parking in the building was a plus. The only thing is that it would be nice to have more living room seating, but this was stated in other reviews so we knew what the condo had to offer. Overall, we would use this property management company again and hope we can visit Seattle again! Always clean, neat, tidy and in great locations. This unit sleeps six, but there are not enough chairs to seat six in the living room, which has only one couch. There are two uncomfortable bar stools and one chair at the upstairs desk. There were 2 deck chairs and one lounge chair on the deck. One of the chairs was ripped and not usable, which left two seats for six folks.It would be nice to have termostat directions as we couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat. The common area deck across the hall was great as the weather was such that we could use it everyday. The outdoor deck from the master bedroom was very private. My kids had a blast and it was a great setup for the family with a 16 year old, 5 year old, and 1 year old. Staff was very helpful with getting checked in and helping with our direct tv issue. Only concern is that the floors looked clean but with a baby, we noticed his feet and our white socks were filthy dirty after walking around on floor. Four adults and two young children shared the space comfortably. There was not a lot of seating for four adults. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We got a city pass and most of the attractions were in walking distance, except the museum of flight and the zoo (bus ride). City noise was minimal, but there was construction across the street during normal business hours while we were visiting in April. Lots of good restaurants close to the apartment. The view of the Space Needle is wonderful. The appliances are cheap and the dishwasher is very noisy. SEA to SKY staff were helpful. There was plenty of room for our group of 5, but if someone is going to sleep on the sofabed in the living room I would suggest some earplugs because there is some street noise. The Macrina Bakery just around the corner is amazing, a goodie from the bakery and some fruit from the market was the perfect breakfast.
