Steps to everything! The condo is on the thirteenth floor of a 1957 high-rise building with concierge. Building also features a business center with copy machine and fax. There is a recreation room with pop machine, pool table, and big screen TV, and a rooftop deck with amazing views. Parking is available but limited and needs to be reserved ahead of time for a small fee.
Situated in the ideal Seattle location where Capitol Hill meets downtown. The building is next to the Washington State Convention Center and just steps to Pacific Place, Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike Place Market, Elliott Bay waterfront, and just one mile to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.

Perfect Place for Attending a Conference at the Convention Center Ariel J. from Chicago, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 This place was a very short walk to the Washington State Convention Center, and was actually a cheaper option than any of the recommended hotels. The apartment was cute and well cared for. One of the building elevators was under repair but as soon as those are finished this place will definitely receive 5 stars for the property's condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay thats convenient to both pike place market and the convention center. I will stay here again if I come back to Seattle! Nice little kitchen. Great Internet access (ethernet). I needed the place for proximity to the convention center and I practically rolled out of bed to get to it. Walkable to everything like 4th Ave, Pike's Market, north to Capitol Hill area. Easy on lite rail from Seatac (airport). Very easy. Great staff. (At the time, there were problems with one of two elevators and ongoing false fire alarms but I'm sure that is all fixed now. Only other thing is Sea to Sky needs to clarify/correct their wording on the contract that damage insurance is an option/choice. It isn't.) Still...very well worth the stay. I'd go again in a flash. Great Size for Couples, Good Location, Clean & Professional A guest from Jacksonville Beach, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 This apartment was the perfect size for a couple. Everything was stocked (linens, plates/utensils, etc.). The apartment was clean and the management was professional and responsive. Someone from the staff meets you whenever you arrive (and trust me, our flight was delayed 3 times and came in a day late - and they stayed flexible the whole time!) to give you the key and show you the trash chute, recycling area, etc. Wifi is private and on-site (modem and router in the apartment). Washer/dryer combo is in the apartment but it takes 4 hours to do a load (not a standard-type dryer) but still convenient. Good location where we walked to Pike's Place Market, the monorail, the light rail train station, and even the cruise ship terminal with all our luggage! Last Christmas we were one floor up with a beautiful view of Seattle in 1407. It was taken and this was a camping trip to Olympic so we just need a place for 3 nights. Our older son lives 4 blocks away and our younger son lived 20 minutes away which made the Electra perfect. You can walk or bus anywhere in town quickly and all that you need is provided in the room. Bring your Kroger card because the QFC is part of the Krogeer family for food shopping 8 blocks away. We can't say enough about the Electra. Absolutely the perfect location and they treat you right! Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 A great place to escape to: nicely decorated, a bit worn but quite clean, not too noisy, with treetops and neighboring highrises out the window and great views from the roof. An interestingly retro building, walking distance to everything I wanted to see or do, with a sidewalk creperie just 3 blocks away and the Freeway Park just across the street. Deb, the housekeeper, was very accommodating; I was able to check in early and leave a bit late, and she made a special trip back to help me figure out how to work one of the lamps. Internet instructions were wrong, but Sea to Sky staff helped me get connected. The tub drains slowly and the kitchen table wobbles - those are really my only negative observations. Loved the furniture and the view of pretty green trees. Could use a few more pots and pans (the non-stick was worn out on the ones they had), as well as a few more (and larger) coffee mugs. The only drawback was the sound of the freight elevator through the wall. It sounded like a washing machine when the load gets all out of whack - only it lasted pretty much all day and all night (whenever someone rode the elevator, which as a lot). Someone who lives in the building told us that they were getting new elevators soon, and I certainly hope this is the case - because I feel sorry for the people who live there and have to listen to that all day every day. We really loved the little condo other than that sound though. It was very clean and cozy and we felt at home there. Just remember your ear plugs! I walked and walked in the fine city of Seattle. People couldn't be nicer and coffee finer. Check out Oddfellows for their nice nice brunch punch, and Nubes next door for sweet upscale upcycled goods.The building was great, residents friendly and I found it really quiet. The unit was very clean, the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed having the 5 free DVDs ready in the unit. The main complaint was that the washer/dryer unit was out of order, which we did not know ahead of time. We had to find a place to get quarters and use the building's laundry. Also, it took some work to get the "wireless" internet to function, and it never was "wireless." Don't know if that was our problem or theirs. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. The kitchen was super helpful in storing and cooking up goodies from the Pikes Place Market and the neighborhood (going away from downtown) was safe and enjoyable for morning runs. Great for long term stay. A guest from Exeter, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2007 Location is okay. There is a grocery store 4-5 blocks up the hill, some good restaurants (a local Tapas Restaurant and the Cheesecake Factory) and the bus line is right around the corner. The challenge is the public transportation; buses and buses only. Great location if you have come to shop at all the high end stores. The Market is about 11 blocks away too; definitely walkable!
