The dining room with seating for 15 opens up to the charming living room and the kitchen featuring granite countertops, an ice maker and a trash compactor. All of this looks out over the beachfront balcony, the private pool and the best of all - an uncrowded stretch of the glorious Gulf of Mexico.

Each of the colorfully coordinated bedrooms enjoys special owner touches of their own-original art by well-known artists, designer linens and views of either Eastern Lake or the Gulf of Mexico via private balconies. In addition, the two master suites each have en suite bathrooms with serious upgrades like a huge Jacuzzi bath in the western suite and an open entry walk-in stone shower in the eastern suite. To top it all off, perched on the fourth floor is an entertainment room with spectacular beach views from the balcony, views of Eastern lake through windows covering the northern wall, a flat screen TV, a pool table and a full wet bar with a dishwasher and ice maker.
