Located in Seagrove Beach in the gated Majestica Beach Subdivision, this nicely decorated beach home is less than a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beaches or to the community pool. Stargazer is on the south side of C-30A. Conveniently located across the street are several shops and restaurants.

The main level is an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, full bath, one bedroom and laundry area. The bedroom features a queen-size bed. The living room offers a 40 inch flat screen TV and game table.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, a spacious bathroom and French doors opening to the second floor balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and French doors leading to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is also a full bath shared by the second and third bedrooms.

The crow's nest features built in seating with a mini refrigerator, sink and counter area. There is also a telescope to view the night skies. The deck of the crow's nest is a great place for your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail while you are relaxing and enjoying the night sky.

All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. The house also has Wi-Fi access, cable TV, and free nationwide phone calls.You can also find an outdoor shower and charcoal grill behind the house.

* Complimentary beach set-up of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas:
March 1st to November 1st (weather permitting)
* Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer season.
* Parking for 3 cars.
