This lovely, light and spacious 1 bedroom unit overlooks the palm tree encircled pool that's heated in the spring, late February through mid April. It features pristine, large white tile floors and colorful furnishings.

Rollin Tide is a short walk or bike ride to some of the world's most beautiful beaches as well as some of 30A's best restaurants, Angelina's and Cafe 30A. Seaside is also an enjoyable bike ride to the west at approximately 1.3 miles.

However, perhaps one of the best features of this property is that it's DOG FRIENDLY! All furry children are welcome.

**This is a DOG FRIENDLY property: We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
