Atrium Villas are located directly across the street from the Seabrook oceanfront Beach Club, golf shop and golf courses, restaurants and provide golf, lagoon and/or ocean views. 2909 Atrium Villa is a lovely 1st floor, two bedroom, two bath condo overlooking the 9th green of the Ocean Winds golf course and has 4 queen beds, hardwood floors, and a large deck with new patio furniture. The 2 suite layout is very convenient for 2 couples or for families, as each bedroom has its own bath and they are separated by the living area and kitchen. Each bedroom and the living room all have their own TV. There is an elevator in the building and covered parking underneath. A Seabrook Club Amenity card is included with no additional fee.

Although our stay was comfortable, the apartment could use some upgrade and a better equiped kitchen. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Appreciated privacy of bedrooms. The location was ideal. Kitchen could be better equipped but was adequate. Problems we encounterd and reported were taken care of immediately.
