Atrium Villas are located directly across the street from the Seabrook oceanfront Beach Club, golf shop and golf courses, restaurants and provide golf, lagoon and/or ocean views. 2902 Atrium Villa is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and also has a Fairway view and has 4 queen beds, hardwood floors, a newly updated kitchen and a large deck. The 2 suite layout is very convenient for 2 couples or for families, as each bedroom has its own bath and they are separated by the living area and kitchen. Each bedroom and the living room all have their own TV. There is an elevator in the building and covered parking underneath. A Seabrook Club Amenity card is available with the daily fee.

Stayed for 8 days in March, 2013
The villa was superb, as far as quality and cleanliness. the main objections we confronted were a window replacement crew showing up at our door. there was no notification from the mgt office or owners. This should not have been scheduled while the villa was occupied. We are an older couple and having our privacy intruded on was unacceptable. This was very upseting to my wife and I. Someone should check the window they replaced, it looked like the one they took out! Also the army of lawn machines roaring outside at daybreak every morning was unexpected. I understand it may be necessary for the golfers, but a little annoying to me. I know this may sound petty, but I probably would not stay there again. The island is as beautiful as stated and that part I liked.
