Villa Mabella is a bright and elegant three-story historical villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Mabella you will enjoy a charming view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance. Villa Mabella is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Scala, restaurants the shops and the SITA bus stop. You will reach Villa Mabella going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Mabella we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it nearby, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located on the terrace level. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the terrace.
Laundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it from the main terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Second FloorBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor going up a spiral staircase. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
