Villa Rosaura is a pleasant and spacious villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps four people. From Villa Rosaura you will enjoy an enchanting view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance. Villa Rosaura is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Scala, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Rosaura from the street level going up a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 105 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Rosaura you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 75 square meters (810 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. The garden is equipped with masonry benches and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a partial view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa , an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
