They surround the extra-large two-level "architectural" deck also described in each of the property listings.

All together, these three adjacent properties have 6 sleeping rooms (5 queen beds and 2 twin beds), a futon couch which converts to a twin sized bed, along with twin bed sized "ottoman sleepers" in the living rooms of 1033 and 1034, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in 1035. Combined, there are 4 full baths and 2 powder rooms. And, two full eat-in kitchens, along with a kitchenette in The Cottage.

This Townhome Trio has a total of four full baths and two half baths for your convenience.

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August

High Season: $572 ($550 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $624 ($600 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $769.60 ($740 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: $962 ($925 with *Cash Discount) per night

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

California Girl Scouts come to Savannah Linda H. from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 I bought my troop of 15 girls and 7 adults to Savannah. We found these accommodations most affordable and comfortable for our needs. The only reason I didn't give it excellent was because the floors downstairs are in need some work but it's clean, plenty of room for everyone (we also had the house next door). There is a beautiful huge patio in the back, that sad to say, we didn't get to use much because we were so busy but would have been great to have a nice b-b-q on if we had the time! Location is on the border of the historic district and was very quiet. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We didn't rent a car but there would have been places to park on the street if we had. I would recommend these condos to anyone traveling with a large group like we did. We had the perfect weekend for our son's wedding! We had 13 adults and 2 children staying in the three homes. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the lovely deck. Having two kitchens and the kitchenette in the cottage helped us save money by not having to eat out every meal, and we grilled steaks and had others over the Thursday evening we stayed there. The homes were quaint, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk many places. We were afraid parking might be a problem, but it was not. Perfect Family Home Rob and Deb from Orlando, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 We had a frozen a.C. and it was 101 degrees outside. The manager and owner worked diligently to get us cooled down. Both sides were still a bit too warm but the cottage was perfect. The deck was the center of our gatherings. Highlight of Girl Scout trip Girl Scout Troop 29 from Niceville, Fl, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2010 This house was the highlight of our Girl Scout troop trip. Great for a Girls' Weekend LPLGreensboro from Greensboro, North Carolina, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2009 This East Taylor St. "compound" was perfect for our stay. It fit 15 people comfortably and we had a great time. The cottage was adorable and the townhomes were just what we neeeded. Outstanding #1022 from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2009 My church has a Married Couples Retreat every year and this year we decided to go to Savannah. The home was very nice. He had 6 couples and plenty of room. The deck was really nice at night when we played our board games. In some parts of the day when we were not shopping it was to cool to be out. The living area was perfect for everyone to come in and have our devotion. It was so nice not to be so far away from everything. The homeowner met us there when we arrived. He was great and very explanatory about everything. This is a perfect house for a large group. We got married in Savannah over Memorial Day weekend, and we found this property through savannahgetaways.net. We knew it would be the perfect way for our family to all stay together, but still have our own little space. The home is older and a bit squeaky, as old homes usually are, but it was really quite nice, and had all the features we needed. The 3 bedroom townhouse offers a loft (which you get to via spiral staircase!) which was absolutely perfect for the teenagers in our group. The bedrooms in both townhouses were spacious and nicely decorated. One of the bedrooms in the larger townhouse had an ensuite bathroom which is a big convenience. The one bedroom cottage where my husband and I stayed was great. It had a large comfortable bed, ensuite bath, a kitchenette and a living room with a sleeper sofa...perfect! By far the highlight of this property is the deck area, which sits in between the two townhouses and the cottage. We spent every moment that we were home out on the deck . . it was not only beautiful, but quite spacious with plenty of seating. Another nice feature of this property for us was its proximity to the square where our wedding was held - our guests were able to walk, which is something we highly recommend in Savannah! It is also walking distance to a great little restaurant, Clary's. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially if you have a large group that would like to stay together.
