Upstairs enjoy the 12" ceilings, full kitchen, two TVs with VCRs, oversized queen canopy bed in the master bedroom with huge bay window, footed tub/shower and two fireplaces.

Outside take advantage of the HUGE brick courtyard with gas grill, beautiful life size statuaries and lovely fountain.

Located near major attractions, restaurants and shops. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

DSL internet is available at this property.

Offstreet parking when you rent the entire house.

Sleeps 10 for both units, 6 for downstairs only and 4 for upstairs only.

Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.

Nice rental for a large group! AMGN from Idaho, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2010 This rental was home for a week for 4 couples. The 4 queen bedrooms had comfortable beds and much charm. The living area was big enough for us all to relax in and watch tv together. Two cars were parked in the back courtyard and there was ample parking on the street. Krogers was a couple blocks away and we walked from house to historic district easily. Locals advised us to be careful after dark in our neighborhood, but we had no problems, and found the location to be quiet, friendly and convenient. This a nicely renovated historic home. The baths and kitchens are small and not as updated as a newer home would offer, but the Victorian charm and local color of the property made up for those inconveniences. The owner was very helpful and available to answer questions by phone. This rental was a good value and a great option for a group!		Overall Satisfacation
Perfect! Yorks from Chicago, Il, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 This place was perfect for a family or group. We were a group of 8 adults from Chicago attending a wedding in Savannah. This place was beautiful, clean, extremely comfortable, perfectly located near everything. An extremely comfortable place with a lot of character. We loved it. The service we received from this company was excellent and very easy to work with. Could have had a couple of more easy chairs in the living room.		Overall Satisfacation

Great week in Savannah! Andrea P. from Crisfield, Maryland, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2009 Eight of us stayed at this house and we were very comfortable. The street is quiet and near to everything. Grocery store and bus stops a few blocks away. We parked three vehicles in the back courtyard which is huge and very private with brick walls and brick pavement. We rented both floors and it is a big house. Provided with plenty of towels. Kitchens well equipped. Would recommend this rental and hope to visit again.		Overall Satisfacation
