Condition and property management exceeds expectations. Location, location, location - value, value, value. Walk across E. Broad to historic Savannah or go north a little bit to River and Bay Street. Wife and I will definitely be back for another stay at another of their locations. |

Excellent week in Savannah. Kepfree from Marion Illinois, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 We came to Savannah for our daughters destination wedding. We rentend both condos side by side, one for us (and 2 teenage girls) and the other for our dtr and her new husband. It was great being in the same location. We had a small reception for them at the larger condo, about 25 people...it was great. The ones staying in hotels were amazed at the place and price and all said they'd stay in a condo next time. Since the weather was hot, it was nice having a laundry room to help with multiple changes (esp with two teen girls). It's a good location, just a short walk to River St (cutting through the back parking lot to the Pirate's Table is even shorter). It's only a block or so from the night shelter and a 'not so good' area, but we had no problems. It was hot so we found the dot free bus system useful a few times to help get around, It's very easy and convenient to use with a stop in front the Pirate's Table restaurant. The free parking came in handy, as it was a busy weekend in Savannah and some of our friends did a bit of driving around to hunt for parking...since we were already downtown, we either walked or took the dot. The place is nice, it could use a little paint, but couldn't we all...Lol Has a good outdoor patio area which goes into Trustee's Garden that is good for hanging and having a glass of wine or two with friends before heading out. All in all, this is a great place to stay. |
