RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August

Low Season: $431.60 ($415 with *Cash Discount) per night

High Season: $494 ($475 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $525.20 ($505 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $660.40 ($635 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: $832 ($800 with *Cash Discount) per night

Cleaning fee: $156 ($150 with *Cash Discount)

Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

Celebrated forty year anniversary with three other couples in perfect weather and perfect accommodations. Condition and property management exceeds expectations. Location, location, location - value, value, value. Walk across E. Broad to historic Savannah or go north a little bit to River and Bay Street. Wife and I will definitely be back for another stay at another of their locations.

We came to Savannah for our daughters destination wedding. We rentend both condos side by side, one for us (and 2 teenage girls) and the other for our dtr and her new husband. It was great being in the same location. We had a small reception for them at the larger condo, about 25 people...it was great. The ones staying in hotels were amazed at the place and price and all said they'd stay in a condo next time. Since the weather was hot, it was nice having a laundry room to help with multiple changes (esp with two teen girls). It's a good location, just a short walk to River St (cutting through the back parking lot to the Pirate's Table is even shorter). It's only a block or so from the night shelter and a 'not so good' area, but we had no problems. It was hot so we found the dot free bus system useful a few times to help get around, It's very easy and convenient to use with a stop in front the Pirate's Table restaurant. The free parking came in handy, as it was a busy weekend in Savannah and some of our friends did a bit of driving around to hunt for parking...since we were already downtown, we either walked or took the dot. The place is nice, it could use a little paint, but couldn't we all...Lol Has a good outdoor patio area which goes into Trustee's Garden that is good for hanging and having a glass of wine or two with friends before heading out. All in all, this is a great place to stay.
