This airy 3200 square foot double loft overlooks River Street with all the restaurants, art galleries, tour stops, boutique shops on the Historic District?s most heavily foot trafficked cobble stone street below. Off street parking just outside your door enables some members of your party to stay in a single bedroom on the ground floor without having to go up and down steps inside or walk too far from the parking garage across Bay Street. Double Balconies is available in all the seasons for nightly and weekly rentals (3-night minimum). Our perfectly placed rental property is beautifully furnished and appointed with all the comforts of home.
