Low Season: $228.80 ($220 with *Cash Discount) per night

High Season: $254.80 ($245 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $275.60 ($265 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $343.20 ($330 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day Week.

10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

Nicely decorated! Ohara family from Elkhart, in, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 We stayed in this unit over Christmas to be close to my family. I liked how the house wa decorated, even decorated for Christmas which my kids loved. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. My only complaint is that on one of the nights the furnace got stuck on and wouldn't shut off. Luckily my dad, that lives close by, was able to come over at 2 am and figured out which breaker turned it off. Once that problem is fixed I would say the house is perfect.		Overall Satisfacation
California Girl Scouts come to Savannah Linda H. from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 I brought 15 scouts and 7 adults to Savannah and stayed at this lovely rental, along with the two next door. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and comfort. It's located at the far end of the historical district but well within walking distance of anything you'd like to do within that area. Would highly recommend staying here. For a large group, it was very affordable, we would have spent far more on hotels; plus having the kitchens we saved on meals too!		Overall Satisfacation
Great Experience. Loved Savannah and staying at this place made Dani from Enterprise, AL, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2012 We loved the feel of the whole place. The property management even allowed us to have a dog and that made things even easier. We had shared the place with two other couples, and the only downfall was one of the rooms was not as comfortable (including the bed and lack of space) as the others so that made it a little difficult to decide who would sleep there. Otherwise, the kitchen and the rest of the house was wonderful!!! It was in a great location, and beautiful!		Overall Satisfacation
