This well maintained circa 1800's renovated Townhouse is well situated in Savannah's Landmark Historic District. Priced to save you money on your next Savannah Vacation, walk to Polk's Fresh Market just a few blocks away and prepare that gourmet meal in your fully equipped kitchen. This house is located in the Lane that runs by the SCAD Carillion at Habersham Hall near the corner of Liberty and Habersham in the very heart of our coastal lowcountry city. One block further down, you can stroll to tourist friendly Colonial Park Cemetery (established in 1750) both day and night, when the spooks reportedly come out. Yet our placement in the back of our U shaped common courtyard is a quiet oasis in your very private live like a local neighborhood in Georgia's First City.

The house is furnished for couples or a family rather than for large groups with two bedrooms at two opposite sides of our home. Modern furnishings for your comfort with a private courtyard snuggled away from off one of the interior hallways provides a private location for morning coffee or an evening cocktail or glass of wine. Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, fans, and washer/dryer to name just a few. Please note, casual dining only as there is no dining area or table.

The famous "Six Pence" Pub is an easy walk up to Bull Street.
Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.
Cancellation notice required for this property is no later than 21 days prior to the check in date (45 days prior for rentals 30 days or longer).

10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays
All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.
*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

Great stay in my favorite city nancy -Savannahian at heart from Leesburg FL, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, although the bed in the master bedroom (one with TV) is really soft and the box springs squeak. Great location within Savannah to tour from. 2 bathrooms is a major plus. Rental arrangements easy and professional. Everything you need for preparing meals/snacks other than the food is available in the kitchen but be aware there is no dining area. Not a deterrent for us as the coffee table in the living room was large and there was a counter in the kitchen to eat at, as well if the weather is good there an outside table on the private courtyard. Loved my stay and in one sense hate to give a good review because I want it available next time in Savannah! Great site for the money. Parking available right out front on Liberty St and is a bargain if you get parking pass from visitor's center and follow closure notices! Until next time Savannah!! |

Girls'Getaway Getaway Girl from Gainesville, Virginia, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2011 Three friends and I came to Savannah for a four-day get-away. After looking at numerous sites, I chose Liberty House-G-1070. The home was lovely and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were elegant. Although we ate our lunches and dinners out, it was so nice to have breakfast and cocktails at home. The location is perfect-within walking distance of many historic sites and several nice places to eat and shop. I would stay there again the next time I come to Savannah. |

Very charming Laura from Macon, Stayed for 0 days in October, 2011 We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The place was decorated beautifully, and the teas/coffees left for us were a very nice touch. Hubby & I stayed there with our 4 kids. It was tight sleeping 6, but it worked. Location was great. We could walk to the Broughton St. area with no problem - further than that was a bit far for the little ones. Only negative was there was no place to sit and eat except for 2 stools in the kitchen and outside on the patio. |

This place comes with a nicely decorated interior with it's own private courtyard with seating/ fountain. Moreover, a bottle of wine is offered on the kitchen bar, along with a nice coffee maker with your choices of gourmet brews. The place is located in a safe, kid/ dog friendly neighborhood - there is a play area located directly out of the back door. It is amazing for a couples vacation or a vacation with friends. Shopping area and your choices of restaurants walking distance away. We all enjoyed our stay and will return. This place was absolutely perfect! |

This condo takes you to a world away. From the traditional Savannah decor to being only steps away from anything you need, this condo is perfect. You can have breakfast in the courtyard with the sounds of Savannah as a backdrop. Followed by a walk through Colonial Park Cemetery and lunch/dinner at one of the many close resturants!
