Located on beautiful Crawford Square in the heart of Savannah's Landmark Historic district, this tastefully updated 1,200 sq. ft. town home was built in 1871. It features two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, three fireplaces, a courtyard with fountain, and off-street parking for two vehicles. Each bedroom is furnished with a luxurious top-of-the-line Stearns & Foster mattress. The master bed is king-size while the guest bed is queen-size. The main bath has a marble floor and a large shower with Kohler fixtures, including two body sprays and one hand-held sprayer. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer. Separate downstairs and upstairs heating/cooling systems ensure your year-round comfort. An HD flat-screen TV and wireless internet access are also included.

Literally walk out the front door to relax among the majestic moss-covered live oaks in Crawford Square, or unwind in the private rear courtyard with its soothing fountain. It’s also the perfect origination point for all of your Savannah sojourns. Enjoy a short stroll to historic Colonial Cemetery, Forsyth Park, the riverside, and to the many restaurants, shops, parks, and squares that make Savannah truly unique. This home was part of the spring 2006 Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens, and will be a featured property during the 2012 Savannah Holiday Tour of Historic Homes.

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August


Low Season: $176.80 ($170 with *Cash Discount) per night

High Season: $197.60 ($190 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $223.60 ($215 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $265.20 ($255 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: $390 ($375 with *Cash Discount) per night

Cleaning fee: $52 ($50 with *Cash discount)

Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

Like stepping back in time - beautiful home, friendly neighbours Max Izod from Toronto, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2012 Detailed, great instructions on what to do in the house and information about local restaurants, and places to go. Clean, gorgeous home with great photography up on the walls, and all the necessary amenities we could desire. Clean, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a lovely living area. We travelled with a 2 year-old, and the set-up was really easy with her (and she loved exploring the place). One surprise for us, was between 9 and 10 almost every night, when most of the minimal traffic from the daytime had essentially disappeared, you would hear the sound of horse-drawn carriages approaching and then passing by, as they were returning to their stables for the night. In the surrounding settings, it was pretty easy to imagine that we were residents from a different era, listening to the same sounds we would have a century or two before. Amazing.
