Well known Savannah Sculptor John Walz created this Liberty Street home to house his studio in 1911. This immaculate restoration is featured on Savannah's famed Tour of Homes. Local legend has it that the famed sculpture Little Gracie was created in his studio by Walz.

Just pack you bags and come on to the historic district as this home has everything you could possibly need - dining room with seating for six, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two spacious bedrooms. Amenities include well kept grounds within set back city space that features statuary and off-street parking. High speed internet available.

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

High season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): March - June, September - October
Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August


Low Season: $208 ($200 with *Cash Discount) per night

High Season: $234 ($225 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $260 ($250 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $312 ($300 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day Week.

Cleaning fee: $52 ($50 with *Cash discount)

Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.

Beds are outstandingly comfortable, though a step stool for one bed would have been in order, but once in it was great. Very conveniently located and everything provided as described. Only one problem and this was with the previous guests or/and cleaning crew. The dishes, cups, silverware, etc. were put away without washing. Sure this can be addressed without any problem. Perfect location, perfect little house! We took many walks through the historic district and it was just a short drive to the shopping and restaurants on the river. And if we ever return for a visit we will again rent Little Tara. P.S Make sure you go to Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House for lunch the line might be long but it is worth the wait.
